There was a smell of weed constly and WiFi didn't work as wrong password and as for caretaker we didn't see him he was pissed for days and on the Friday he had a party in one of rooms by us which kept us a wake so as you can tell we are not happy at all...

Nice apartment has everything you need and had free parking.

Two issues - Only 2 mugs for hot drinks. We did ask for more but they never arrived. No shelves in the fridge. Other than that the place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.

We could hear the other guests in the other rooms as the sound carried quite a bit and the communal areas didn’t seem as well kept as the apartment (smelled strange)

Good location for exploring Blackpool without having to drive. Friendly welcome and helpful when needed. Bonus having parking included with the booking.

Drainage system in bathroom not great. Shower drain didn’t work. Flat 2 near the main door very noisy on a night with people coming and going and a security light constantly going off

Not smart TV, and unable to plug in firestick. Coin meter- couldn't tell when it would run out. Shower screen, skirting boards not been cleaned in a while.

Welcome was warm and helpful. 10 min walk to front - Central Pier. Quiet in evening. Apartment was comfortable, plenty room. Free parking at front.

The bathroom could use a deep clean as it had a slight odour of urine, but besides this, it was clean enough to use. The electric meter in the room wasn't expected. While they stated above the meter that the use of an electric meter was on their website, it was not stated on booking.com. when we entered the property, we had no change and walked into the room with 4 pence worth of electricity. If we had been told this, we would have been somewhere to get change before arriving. This was a bit frustrating.

The layout of the apartment was good. The bed was very comfortable, shower pressure and temperature was good. Staff were very pleasent on the interaction we had with them, and the lounge had a nice smell of incense.

Was basement flat needed to leave door open for little bit everytime we came back in . As smelled a little damp . Think it was just as basement of a older house . The plumbing was very noisy. Could have done with more than 1 pillow nobody about to ask for more . Never seen anyone in the 3 days we were there

Flat was immaculately clean , in good location. The owner extremely helpful , but was away when we were there nobody to let us in but owner talked us through getting access facilities were good.and was good value for money .Would stay again but would prefer to stay in different apartment.
