The rooms were fresh and modern, the swimming pool was great, the staff were lovely! We got two little gifts for our 5 year old on arrival which I thought was a lovely touch!

Canada1 review“Overall Great Staff and location.”The bathroom needed some tlc/ bit renovation around the shower floors and the faucet at the sink area. Pool was cold and spa would have been great if it were hot tub. Looks on bathrooms would be good. Also it was uncomfortable to shower with the optional frosted windows as a wall to the living room.
Amazing staff. Your staff made us feel so welcomed and happy throughout our stay. Excellent customer service. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Wow, I was really impressed. Edera and Rumi at the front desk gave us exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to help us. Your housekeeping staff also very nice and restaurant staff. The first time my kids have travelled outside of Canada and you made our experience memorable. I would definitely recommend your hotel to friends and family.

Clean and spacious room. Amenities are new and in very good condition Delicious breakfast with assorted dishes and tasty fruit salad , pleasant atmosphere in the dining room. Fresh water bottles on the fridge every day The Gym

Ireland1 review“Beautiful hotel & so central to everything whether on the tube or walking.”Ppl worry about the see-through glass in the bathroom but it has a button inside to block it out so wasn't a problem even staying in the room with two teenagers.
Beautiful hotel & the its located right beside the tube so you can literally go anywhere on it. Staff were lovely 😍 & hotel was spotless. Kids loved the pool & if you dont fancy the tube everyday you can walk pretty much anywhere in 20 mins or so & to the London eye ect.. Would highly recommend 👌
