To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Turkeythe house keeping was not cleaning the room at all - the bathrooms the floors were always as we have left- though they were changing the bed sheets and tidying the room in a sense everyday the first -night the AC was not working ut next day the staff came and solved it out
the process was easy- the breakfast was a little bit expensive but good the location was good - walking distance to big ben lonodn eye westminister...etc.

Great location for what we needed, a few minutes walk from Westminster. Room had a beautiful view of the city. Spacious with a huge very comfy bed. Nice bathroom with a funky electronic opaque glass wall. Really friendly staff, east to park, gym and sauna, everything clean and tidy. Food was great. Really nicely kept and run hotel!

The location was great, very central to Big Ben, London Eye and walkable to most attractions. The staff on arrival was very accommodating as we were able to check in early and very helpful with information.

United KingdomOn New Years Eve in the evening the hotel reception and bar area was full of people, many of which were sheltering and not staying at the hotel. It would have been better to only allow in residents due to the influx of people into the area for the fireworks.
The room we were given was great, large TV and view of the London Eye. Location was perfect for seeing the New Years Eve fireworks and walking into central London. Staff were excellent when checking in and in the evening on the bar when under pressure as lots of customers visiting before fireworks.
