You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were friendly and efficient. I jammed the sink, reported it to reception and it was fixed by the time I came back that day. Room clean and serviced daily. Very quiet so able to have excellent nights sleep.

No response to WhatsApp message that I left (of which there was a card with a number inviting us to message on if we needed anything ) . No answer on phone line, mailbox full so couldn’t leave a message. No one at bar downstairs to buy a coffee from after checking out of the room.

IrelandOrdered breakfast it was terrible bacon was hard couldn't eat it the fried bread you couldn't eat it because it was so hard beans should of been put in a small bowl instead of all over the plate we didn't eat it very disappointed as its quite expensive couldn't get staff any time we went to the bar had to keep looking for someone to serve us even for a pot of tea disappointed as we stay they quite a lot will have to rethink it for next time regards Elizabeth Cullen
