Just a suggestion for the owners - would have loved to have breakfast but as I was up for work I was long gone by the 09:00 breakfast start time …looked delicious and I was craving it mid morning.

Lovely comfy stay, cosy room with decent coffee - staff very welcoming and the dinner was very tasty.

Heating appeared to be switched off at 9.30 and did not come on again until 8am We had an early start so spent an uncomfortably chilly night with a very cold room to get washed and dressed in the morning Breakfast does not start until 9 am, but, in fairness to the venue, we had been aware of this in advance

Only a minor complaint the the heating seemed to be linked to the pub as it was minus 3 outside in the middle of the night the room was freezing as the pub had closed

The pub was lovely and the staff were helpful, The room was basic but clean and tidy we were only using it to sleep for one night so was perfect, its a shame we did not get to use the pub downstairs as that looked welcoming. A taxi into worcester was £16 each way

Booked this purely as it did food. Arrived 3.55pm after a 350 mile drive to be told the restaurant closed at 4 pm. We had to go back out and drive again to get a meal. Making a booking for a Sunday I should have been told the kitchen would be closed. Had I known in advance I would have stayed in Worcester at the Travelodge and could just have walked across the road for restaurants. Breakfast wasn’t available till 9am, ridiculous for people who may need to be on the road by then.

The coffee machine in the room just would not work properly but was still able to get a drink using the kettle

had lunch before going out to the function in the evening and it was delicious. Big portions so was not able to have the salted caramel galaxy cheesecake that I so wanted afterwards. Bed was really comfortable, great nights sleep

Lovely pub and accommodation. Very friendly and helpful staff, fabulous food and good beer. Room was clean altho bed mattress a little too soft for me.

Bed very lumpy and uncomfortable. Only one double socket. Not ideal when you are getting ready to go somewhere and you have a hair dryer to plug in, mobile phones to charge, when there are two women sharing and you have heated curlers and maybe want to boil the kettle for a cup of tea all at the same time. Also the mirror is too far away from the socket. The pictures on the website of the bedrooms are very nice, our’s wasn’t one of those !!!

The location, friendliness of the staff, it was clean and the building itself was quaint.

Not a proper shower, just a hose in the bath. We are both in our 70’s and hair washing/showering was extremely difficult. Bed was hard. Some people might like a firm mattress but I found it extremely uncomfortable. It was a pity as room was otherwise very pleasant.

It was a very convenient location. Staff were very pleasant.

Passing traffic was a bit noisy but we got used to it

No breakfast, this was extra. As breakfast didn't start until 9.00am, we chose to take beakfast elsewhere. Location was convenient for Worcestor and Straatford on Avon. The village was quaint and pretty as were others close by. Contrary to other reports, we found the Wifi to be pretty good.

I did not like trying to get in for breakfast, to find out that it was not available until 9am, no notices anywhere. Then to find out that there was no breakfast because they were expecting a new electricity meter. The staff did manage to rustle up egg on toast, but I felt let down because we could have been informed of this when we checked in. We should have been given a discount but none was offered.

Excellent evening, good food. The room was fine.

Really lovely stay, very clean and well turned out accomodation. The resturaunt serves really good, locally sourced food, and the tea rooms has an amazing array of cake. Very good location, we had a very peaceful stay.
