Given the dates (around one of the Goodwood main events), pricing was not really cheap, but it was close enough to the venue (10 minutes away).

The room was not extremely large, but had all the amenities, comfort, ... For me, the bed was a tad small, but being 6'7", I am used to that; the road was a bit noisy at times, but all in all, a very pleasant stay. My host, Maggie, greeted me and showed me around; she enquired on a regular basis if I needed anything. Everything was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was provided in the cupboard / fridge, which was simple but good.

The wifi sometimes glitches and you cannot comfortably watch tv from bed, plus the remote wouldn’t work all the time, but this isn’t an issue if you are getting out and about. I was unwell so spent a lot of time in bed (so was the only reason this was noticed)

We absolutely loved everything about this property. The views, the quietness, the decor, the amazing customer service, the amenities and of course the comfort level.

The room was lovely. Great views outside, well equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits, yogurts, breakfast cereal, etc. The bathroom had a bath and a shower over the top of the bath, both worked perfectly. The bed was very comfortable, the heating we could adapt to suit our needs. Ideal location for travelling to Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Pagham beach, Bognor and of course Chichester. Maggie was lovely and friendly, very helpful without intruding. We loved it so much that we've booked to go back later in the year!!

The stunning Old Chapel Forge has been tastefully modernised, keeping many of it’s original features. The facilities were great and the breakfast goodies were perfect. Maggie was very welcoming and available if we needed anything. Very convenient for Chichester.

Beautiful location, wonderful accommodation. We loved laying in the very comfortable bed looking out over the adjacent field. Well equipped with everything you could possibly need in a B&B kind of way. Very tastefully decorated and furnished. We went for a short break to decompress and it was perfect. Lots of local history and nature easily reached. Loved it!

Thoroughly enjoyed a couple of nights here. The accommodation was nicely presented and very clean and tidy. The bed was nice and comfortable. We had a lovely outlook over fields and a small garden area accessed through French doors. A self serve breakfast was left for us including; cereal, yogurts, fruit, and bread for toast, butter, jams, coffee, tea etc. Friendly communication with the owner. Easy distance to Chichester and some lovely walks in the area.

Takes time in the winter months to get and keep warm, can hear next doors TV at times

The garden delux king suite, is by far the better suite out of the two, because of the french doors that open out onto a private area of the garden to enjoy without being disturbed, it's a bit more costly than the other suite, but in my opinion, the only suite I would book

What a fantastic find this was !! Beautiful accommodation in a 400 year old renovated chapel. Everything we needed was readily available. The host Maggie went above and beyond to make sure we had all needed to make our stay comfortable. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be back 10/10 !! David

I think if quests are to wash up their breakfast things, there should be a proper washing up sink. We didn't mind doing it and appreciate that our host would have taken our crockery had we asked.

B&B usually means cooked breakfast, but we had facilities for doing our own toast, had cereals, biscuits, muffins, fruit and a mini fridge for yogurts and milk. All completely fine, just unexpected. Bed was on the soft side.

Maggie was lovely, very helpful and attentive. Beautifully renovated local chapel, good views over fields. Close to Bognor Regis beach and other facilities (short drive) and a little further to lovely Chichester town.

The breakfast was exceptional , the pictures did not do the place justice as it was simply beautiful and peaceful! It is very comfortable and the host is helpful and responds quickly with great parking.
