The bed seemed too soft. I prefer hard one.

It is very close to the subway, only 5-8 minutes walk. The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like, to be honest. My only gripe, perhaps, was the absence of a power outlet in the bathroom for the hairdryer which seemed like a weird oversight.

A very competitively priced, nice hotel in an excellent location.

The toilet door was glass and had massive gaps around the edge, it was also about a foot from the bed so made for some uncomfortable moments

The price was excellent for the quality

Unfortunately when the AC unit was on it sounded like the washing machine emptying so something wasn’t right..

Location is great, short walk to the tube, pre book car parking if needed. Hotel is really good, rooms are small but very well planned out to maximise the space, some nice decor too. Staff are very nice and friendly, breakfast is good and well cooked. Overall happy to stay again and great for when visiting London.

This accomodation is definitely a good value for money option. The hotel is very close to the metro station and there are several facilities around as well as restaurants. The room is not big but it is quite clean and cosy. Also, there are plenty of breakfast options to choose from.

I liked that the property had a 24hr check in as I was arriving late. WiFi had a strong signal which was helpful for work. And a little thing but there were a beautifully huge bouquet of flowers at the front desk as I was checking out and it just added a lovely touch.

    Pillows could be better.

Great naberhood and location-15min to central London with a tube. Walking distance to Kensington Palace and Natural History museum. Many grocery stores and caffeterias nearby. The room was big enough, nice breakfast.

    Nothing

The property was in an ideal location close to Earls Court underground and several local eateries and bars. The hotel and room were spotlessly clean and had everything you needed for a short stay. The breakfast was fabulous offering both continental and cooked options and my dietary requirements (gluten free) were met, with gluten free bread available. The staff we met were all friendly and conscientious and seemed proud to work there. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Beware that the rooms are incredibly tiny but the property is overall renovated and has really good sound insulation, so it helps with not feeling like you're right next door to other rooms. This is mostly a place to stay by yourself or just to sleep in as it is hard to move in the room.

Location is great and convenient access to food, transportation, and experiences in the city is great. Great neighborhood to walk around in and experience night lift and day time. Elevator and easy access are great.

A wider selection of cereals at breakfast would have been nice. And as someone with a dairy allergy - vegetable spread, or more plant-based products at breakfast would be a bonus. The room was small but this didn’t affect our stay, that’s just London!

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and well serviced. The hotel was close to the station and easy to find. There were lots of restaurants around the hotel to get dinner, or some convenience stores to pick up bits.

The mattress needed to be rotated/flipped. It was very saggy on the side where people repeatedly sleep. I also think the big trash can could be smaller and tucked away and that corner used for a small stool. It was a very small room so use of space is important.

Great location very close to Earls Court tube station. Tons of coffee and restaurant options very near by. Hotel is in a quiet area just off the high street with other hotels and residential areas right there. The staff were very very nice. I had a single room. It was super tiny but perfect for one person for a few nights. The room was clean and the bathroom facilities were good. Good water pressure in the shower. Good WiFi service. I didn't try the breakfast at all so I can't comment on this. Sound proofing was pretty good. I didn't hear much from the neighbors.

The room was small, but we expected that, so for us it was ok. One thing you have to keep in mind though, is the bathroom sandblasted door. As long as you have gone quite informal with your significant other, there's no prob there either.

It is a very nice, very clean hotel which provides excellent breakfast. Its location is near Earl's Court tube station (2 mins walking - serving Piccadilly and District lines), so it is a perfect stay for visiting London (Piccadilly Circus is 7 stops away). As the hotel in newly renovated, gives out a fresh feeling which is something that you don't usually find in those victorian houses turned into hotels. Very helpful and kind staff.
