The bed was small for 2 person.

The desk space was very small with only a stool to sit on, and I couldn't turn off the bedside lights without removing the room key (which then meant I couldn't turn them back on).

Close to the station, clean, quiet and well-equipped room with toiletries, tea/coffee and water provided. Staff on reception were pleasant.

There was a creaking in the floor coming from the floor above and road works going on opposite which meant it was quite noisy. Would be nice to update their televisions to smart offerings.

Staff were really nice! They also gave me a room with a bath upon request which was nice.

Every day the breakfast was the same. They did not make any changes or added anything. Most of the time the boiled eggs have gone bad, they were green inside. They should change their coffee brand and the tea they serve was better than the coffee but it was still poor quality.

Room was tiny, we were staying as 2 people and bumped into eachother all the time. There was no place for both of us to open our luggages. The room was very clean, tv was working. They could have gave us some toothbrush and hair conditioner.

Given a room without a window, meaning no natural light and, more importantly, a fire hazard. Unhelpful staff. Breakfast wasn't worth the money.

I would prefer the principal building looks beauty and breakfast is served only there. The smell can be better with a different cleaning product

Very small and a little noisy room I think related to the conditioning air system. Every I needed some amenities, a kettle, coffee and tea even a small microwave owen. Safety box and a small refrigerator. The breakfast is amazing but the place is crowded most of the time and you have to wait for a while. In general people in front desk were kind and easy to access. Mi room was located in the second building not so pretty but it works

Extremely tiny rooms, we opted for a double room eventhough I was travelling alone and that too was small, with very little space to move around. There was a small desk, but no chair(instead a small settee under the desk). There weren't any charging points near the bed, had to use an extension board which I carried with me.

Great place for business travelers. Convenient location, just few minutes from Paddington station. Friendly responsive staff, they arranged to pack a tiffin breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. Breakfast at hotel was decent though there are plenty of restaurants, including Indian restaurants and stores around. Amenities included were hot water kettle with daily replenishment of tea/coffee/cookies, dsily cleaning with fresh towels, hair dryer, and Iron .

As the window was not possible to open I understand for air circulation the window was having an opening. But it was not possible to close it ! Then it was cold at night due to air flow and on the windy days it was super noisy as it was rattling.

The room had such low ceilings and was so small. The beds were soft and probably ready to be replaced. It works for a place to crash but the room wasn't very functional. The bathroom has almost zero counter space and there is no dresser just an odd and useless desk. Very little noise insulation so we could hear the people above each time they walked or did anything.

We enjoy staying in this area in London because it's between 2 Tube stations, near little corner stores, some good restaurant choices and just convenient.

Booked what I believed to be a room with queen bed and sofa bed. Was actually a fold up bed. Only stayed 1 night so didn't bother to bring it up.

I am in a wheelchair and it says everything is accessible. The bar is located a staircase upstairs and to get in to the hotel there is a big step. Luckily my daughter was there and could help me .
