AustraliaPoor water pressure which made showers terrible. Couldnt find cutlery but on asking our host was told it is in a secret drawer. Only 2 breakfast bowls for an apartment that sleeps 5. Stained carpet and lounge. On saying all that we still enjoyed our stay.

United KingdomFew issues. Lights didn’t work so there were LED s and lamps. Masking tape around light fittings. The smoke detector went off and the guy who came to check it said water had got in so suspect that’s why lights had been turned off. Top floor with a door straight out onto hazardous steps (with LED lights as a trip hazard). Shower came away from wall. Didn’t even try to use the kitchen.

United KingdomI was unimpressed when we got there to find other people's belongings in the apartment. There were two keys in the key safe and they had clearly taken then wrong ones. Yes the apartment manager rectified immediately by calling the other guests who promptly removed their belongings to the basement flat and they assured us they had simply dumped their bags but no apology from manager and he clearly couldn't appreciate us being unimpressed walking into a 'used' apartment. We were also asked to delay checkin from 3pm to 530pm as it hadn't been cleaned. Not a great start to stay. Should also warn guests on website that the Attic flat is exactly that with steep windy stairs to get to it. And apartment hall light is falling off the ceiling and held up with black tape with a note saying be careful - how about you fix it!? And over head shower was not attached properly and easily comes apart if knocked. Shower leaks in corner onto bathroom floor by sink. Bags of rubbish piled up outside front door not a great look either.

On arrival no cutlery not kne spoon to make a coffee or fork to eat with.. no cereal bowls or ordinary glasses only wine glasses and 1 pint glass likely from a pub ! Property sleeps 5 but there wasnt 5 of any kitchen items like glasses plates etc !! Yet it had a pasta making machine 🤔 I would suggest the owners do a full inventory before letting out again and actually consider what is needed and what is just there for no reason .We raised this via booking.com and got response the next morning. Strange ! And were told it would be raised with management. No further response nor any cutlery delivered - ended up purchasing a set from supermarket. Also advertised outdoor seating/ bbq/garden. This was hugely overgrown and unkept. The morning we left I saw a rat drink from some random metal tray that was left by the rusty metal bbq. Bench out there was also damaged with broken slats. Disappointed as weather was good we couldn't go outside to have a drink or relax or even leave door open for fresh air. Bathrooms were clean as was linen however shampoo/ soap dispenser was found in sink drawer as it had clearly broken off the shower wall. The 2nd bathroom downstairs in cellar it was on thr wall . Sofa well used and uncomfortable with old heavy cushions tossed on and 1x lounge lamp had no switch - when I tried to find it to put it on the works under base warranty broken and loose- owners again should just remove this and actually check everything functions and is accounted for as things were there that short term let's do not need and basic things everyone needs we're missing. Also 1x broken dining chair- why wasn't this removed? Has potential to be 5star but attention to detail and cleaning standards along with garden let it down .. Ironic the WiFi password was 5star reviews . Manager who contacted us was useless and didn't resolve issue
Location was great, as was the building. Inside the apartment was OK, little worn and stained carpets from a lot of guests I imagine. Bathroom and linen clean , kitchen modern .

United KingdomProperty was not ready for specified time, we were given notice and told we could leave our things. We put food etc into the fridge that we’d bought. When we came back everything had been chucked in the bin resulting in us losing a lot of money spent on food. When I contacted the owner, firstly was ignored twice then when I received a response it was to ask how much the food was worth, no apology. Once I responded I was once again ignored with nothing back from the owner. Very disappointing

United KingdomThe patio area at the rear of the property was overgrown and unusable which was a shame as the weather was lovely and it would have been good to sit outside. There is also a lot of maintenance work taking place on other listed buildings around the area at the back of the apartment which was quite noisy. There was some noise in the early hours from the nightclub nearby. It’s a beautiful large Grade 1 listed building which is multi occupancy but the communal areas are not very clean and a bit grubby. Couldn’t work out how to turn the lamps on in lounge! Not enough toilet paper. Nothing to clean pots with. Only 2 bowls for an apartment that can accommodate 5 … also I struggled in the downstairs bedroom as there are no surfaces so nothing to put my things on so I had to bring in a small wooden table. No mirrors apart from bathroom. I did contact the rental company to ask some questions but no response. Also some plug sockets are not working. The main issue was the parking. There is no parking near the property. We are friends who travelled separately to meet in Bath and we both found weekly parking at a reasonable rates further out of the centre which meant either a very long uphill walk or taxis to the parking place. It would have been really helpful to know about Baths park and ride so maybe mention that in your information?
The location is excellent. In the heart of Bath. So close to all the landmarks restaurants pubs and opposite a beautiful park and the river. The apartment has been well restored and maintained, with lovely bathrooms and a huge kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great TV’s.

United KingdomNo standard tv channels, just satellite channels like itvx, prime etc. Not a problem for me, but my 76 year old mum would have liked to have flicked through 'normal' tv in the evening and couldn't get to grips with what was on offer. Not really a problem but maybe a small mention in the facilities as others had commented the same in the guest book?

United Kingdom10am check out on the Sunday Shower head needs cleaning/ descaling. The water pressure is light (old building/ top floor) and this doesn’t help. It was a challenge to dry my hair and do my makeup in front of a well lit mirror. Not sure why the second bedroom had a high table and chairs which are basically unusable. Would be more beneficial to have a dresser and chairs which in front of the window. The message from the owner was generic and this led to others taking the key to the flat meaning we ended up in theirs. Unnecessary with a personal message.
It was in a central location, clean and the beds were comfortable.
