The photos were misleading and much better than reality. The rooms were small, and the heating was non-functional, making our stay uncomfortably cold.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Initially, there was a mix-up with our room; we received a king bed instead of the twin bed room we had booked. However, this was promptly addressed the next day when we were upgraded to a better room than we had originally reserved. The continental breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of choices.

    Nothing

Storage of luggage before booking in and after booking out is excellent - really helpful. Continental breakfast meant no delay.

The room was a bit small, but that was anticipated. Other than that I do not have any complaints about the hotel. It was a great stay for a great price.

The best things about the hotel were the staff and location. The staff were amazing. The location was close to several different modes of transportation and had things near by which you could walk to safely.

The breakfast is very basic, the coffee machine didn't work and the items were not replaced immediately.

    Wifi was not good

My first room was on thr 4th floor , but due to the operations which I had related with my foot I was not able to reach to my room easily. Then I explained the situation to the reception and they moved me to the other room which is on the ground floor and I really like the room. Location was perfect I have reached everywhere without any problem. Breakfast was fine and enough.

Excellent location and quiet small hotel

Although the Continental breakfast was sufficient to start the day, seating was quite limited. In fine weather, when the hotel can open the doors to its back terrace, this doubles the seating space.

The only disadvantage of this hotel is being assigned a room on a higher floor as there is no lift. Up three flights of narrow stairs several times a day was a grind. But due to a leak in our original room, we were relocated to a room on the first floor of the same building, whish simplified matters greatly. Ebury Street is very quiet and offers a choice of cafés, shops and pubs in the immediate area.

Be careful with the shower - the drain doesn't take the water away as fast as the shower is capable of putting out. It wasn't a problem once we figured out how to adjust. But that was nothing more than a minor inconvenience.

The location of the hotel relative to major transportation points, as well as being within walking distance of many sights and experiences was very important, and it met those needs for us. Our room was clean and well-appointed, easily accessible, and suited our needs. Our expectations were adequately set, we knew the rooms were going to be a little smaller than more "American" hotels, but we didn't plan on living in our room, it's LONDON after all! I would compare them to a cruise-ship cabin, which suited us just fine for this trip.

We were 3 people in the room. I think the 3rd bed was an air bed and it was very cold to the back. It should have had an extra bedding. The 3rd bed was placed beside the window and the window was left opened without having to tell us so we didnt know and we were so cold that night. We were not given instructions on how to turn on the heat. We thought it was automatic.

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. They were the BEST. Location was great because it was walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Even if we had to go to the 2nd floor and there was no elevator, they had somebody to carry our luggages up to the room & back down. Breakfast was great as well.

The room was a little cramped for two people (twin). The staff at breakfast were badly supervised, one spend more time on her phone than doing her job (badly)

The hotel was excellent. The welcome for receptionist was very welcoming. The room was clean and well appointed. More facilities than I would have expected. The breakfast was better than anticipated with a wide selection.
