There’s nothing I didn’t like , but if I had to say anything , i would say the room is a little on the smaller side but very useful and comfortable.

The property has been done to such a high standard and is beautifully decorated ! The Lydia room was great value for the money and had everything you needed and more. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little window above the bed was such a lovely touch and you could look at the sky as you Lay on the bed .

Opening to shower cubicle was a bit small. Towels remained wet after use and weren’t changed while we were there. I’m being very picky with this one but the teacups were tiny so couldn’t have a decent cup of tea. Would have preferred a mug.

The bed was a bit firm for my liking but my it was fine for my partner.

The location was great. Nice and quiet but only a short walk into the busy centre of Whitby. The room and bathroom were spotless clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again

A wee seat in the room maybe would be great. I know space is limited, and the rattly loose fitting toilet door knob could do with sorting.

No breakfast, All was fantastic...except the early seagulls haha. The room is beautiful, just 1 or 2 weeee tiny tweaks and would be mint. all was brilliant, hosts 10/10, as is the place

The metal bedframe made it feel small for someone 6ft. A small small fridge would have been nice especially as the there was no breakfast available on site. There was always a damp feel to our clothes even in the height of summer.

The location was also little bit away from the centre, but walkable in around 20 minute's, which was ok for us as we're fit enough for our age, but maybe not for some. The other thing is that we had a room that didn't have a built in bathroom. Honestly, if we had known that, maybe we wouldn't have booked it, even though it was our bathroom and not for anyone to use. But, that didn't spoil our appreciation of the place too much.

The owners were the best, cleanliness was top drawer. Everything was very comfortable.

Double Bed was too small and chairs in the room where in the wrong place, would be better under the window and the bed positioned so you are facing the tv. Disappointed breakfast was not available anymore

Lovely room nicely decorated, spotlessly clean,short 5 minute walk to beach and sea front, good location 10-15 mins walk to town centre. Parking permit was handy for our 2 day stay. Friendly hosts attentive if you need anything.

Accommodation was great. Parking in the area was a bit difficult, although, a parking permit was provided, which was extremely helpful. However, seagulls, not so great & I don't think they like red cars given the mess they left 🙄😂

The hills out of town for anyone with health issues. No reflection on accommodation ofcourse.

Our room was delightful and comfortable maybe next time we will request a lower floor as my hubby struggles with steps...lovely extra touches such as a fan and radio.in room. Parking permit was a great addition too.. Staff helpful and accommodating..We would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A wardrobe would have been more practical for hanging clothes and footwear rather than the hooks provided.

The room was exceptional in its appearance and quality. The bed was lush, although a king-size would have been great.
