I did not like that it did not have a stovetop. In the description of the room says it has a kitchenette so I think is in a way misleading that it only had a microwave. I was expecting a stove top to be able to prepare food for my baby. I think that it should be specifically stated that the kitchenette does not include a stove top. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this. Another thing I did not like was the hand soaps in the bathroom. Low quality, makes it look like a cheap hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel. Had a super stay here. Myself and my Sister in law and our 2 girls came for 2 nights. Couldn't fault anything great location, staff really nice and overall very pleasant stay. Would definitely return and highly recomnend. Thanks

Capacity of breakfast room of the hotel and the customers' demands and needs do not match at all. Still, staff is trying to do everything to minimize this problem. What I would like to undeline is I am not citisizing the content and quality of breakfast, but it generally is not avaliable.

Professionality and competence of the staff deserves the best rating among other criteria. They were absolutely first class. Location is also a plus.

Amazing location- about a 20 min walk back from the theatre and a nice walk to Westminster & Buckingham palace. Rooms are perfect with living area, kitchen & bedroom. All clean & modern with Elemis toiletries. We were very grateful to receive a free upgrade as we were celebrating a 12th birthday and then to find balloons, card & a cake & and view of the London eye. It was a very nice touch and appreciated. We didn’t book breakfast at the hotel as my tween daughter doesn’t eat much. Instead I nipped across the road for Starbucks and we had breakfast in bed with an amazing view. Was a wonderful start to the day

A little more attention to cleaning in the room. Cobwebs on top of the lamps, wardrobe was dusty and foundation on the side of the bath.

There is no space in front of the hotel to get your taxi or uber. Better to go across the road to the adjacent hotel and wait for your taxi or uber driver.

The hotel was located very close to some of the main attractions. The room was larger than expected and very spacious. Enough spaces for my kids to enjoy. There is a wide selection of breakfast albeit limited tables to accommodate more people particularly during the peak hours.
