For a deluxe room it was very small. The smart TV struggle for signal most of the time.

Great location, room had a lovely big bed, a view, a nice bath and a fridge.

Nothing it was very good. The single bed was very narrow.

Emergency lights keep ON the whole night. Although this is certainly important for security, it impairs quality of sleep.

Elegant hotel in a quiet and attractive London square. Warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Beautifully appointed entrance and lounge area, with door to lovely garden. The bedroom was well appointed, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast room is also an elegant area, and the breakfast itself was very good. Altogether, the Pembridge Palace hotel can be recommended without reservation.

I was staying in a Duplex (technically for 3 people), which had three beds but was quite crumpled, with a small wardrobe, and very little space in the bathroom. I used the upper floor for my stuff, but it would be pretty hard to use it at full capacity, I think. The beds were a bit hard to my taste, but I love my beds as soft as possible, so I imagine it would suit most people. The building is old, so the stairs were quite steep, and you could hear some noise through the walls.

I think this place is a good value-for-money deal. It's nicely located on a quiet street within walking distance from an underground station, a lively area with tons of restaurants and small shops, and Kensington Gardens. It's a great location to explore Notting Hill =) Rooms were clean and had tee, coffee, water, and snacks included, which is a nice touch. The bathroom has a tab

it’s an older building so the floors were uneven and creaky and the facilities showed some age, but nothing too bad

The floors are uneven at the 4th floor, which means there is a significant gap under the doors, therefore you can hear every passing person and the privacy is let’s say questionable..

The location is amazing, feels safe, close to shops, metro and anything needed. Breakfast is good, fair selection, nothing too fancy but fair. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a nice backyard terrace.

Old room, the water system made a very strange noise every time you flushed, took a shower etc. it’s not exactly something you can make up for with free tea and coffee.
