Lovely big bed, big window in the room that let the sun in so we could enjoy our morning coffee in bed.

The front door was open and the keys to our room were in the door.

Lovely peaceful location, but still just a 5 minute drive in to Newtown. Clean and comfortable apartments, views are beautiful and lovely gardens.

Apartment with kitchen so self catering. Salt and pepper would have been welcome. Bed huge and very comfortable. Lovely quiet location and beautiful views of rolling countryside.

If we had to be picky we would say that the hot water supply to the shower didn't seem to be hot enough for one of us (the other guess didn't have a problem with it however). Also, the hairdryer was old and worn and actually broke part way through using it for the first time. A replacement would have been good but no big deal as we were only staying a short time.

Good communication with host before arrival. Easy access to the room (key was left in the apartment door for us). The room was cleaned to a high standard and the kitchen was useful. The house is located in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed saying hello to the owners cats and puppy in the front garden. We were left to come and go as we pleased.

Nothing really. There was some television noise from the room below, but i sleep with earplugs so this didn't affect me enough to have to speak to the hosts.

Perfect location for a customer visit. Hosts were very welcoming and the apartment had everything i needed The dog and cat, who i insisted on meeting were gorgeous. Managed a few morning jogs, there are some good hills!

There is only a small 2 burner hob and no oven but with a bit of thought for meals this didn’t bother us much.

Wanted a location in central wales for a motorcycling trip for a few days, this was perfect for everywhere we wanted to go. The sofa and sky TV was a bonus along with the small kitchenette which meant we could sort our own food out and have somewhere to relax in the evenings.

The only thing that i could fault, was the shower heat and pressure wasnt great. However it was still usable.

OMG, what an amazing time I had staying at the penygelli apartments. The hosts were extremely helpful with any questions that we had. And very welcoming to both humans and dogs 🐕 the facilities in the apartment were great, the room was very spacious and decorated lovely.

Whilst we appreciate the building is old, the flooring is quite uneven. Unfortunately, this resulted in a trip with a bowl of food from the kitchen ,causing a little mess. However ,the owners were very gracious and understanding.

The location was perfect for our stay. We could travel to chosen places and return to the tranquillity of the apartment.The location was truly dog friendly even though our little boy had a couple of early hour barking episodes .

Very creaky floorboards. My husband would have liked an armchair or settee to relax on. Shower would have been too high to step into for someone with poor mobility.

The property is a period property in a wonderful location high up on the valley side with great views. The apartment is well equipped and very comfortable with adequate facilities to be able to cater for ourselves if we wished. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly.

The location and view are lovely. On a clear night, no light pollution at all....great for stargazing!!...Zoe and Phil are kind and attentive hosts, room very clean, and they had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Properly dog friendly.
