Half the dining bench sofa was stained and smelly. Not much in the way of views, only other caravans. The 2 foot wide beds are really too small for adults to be comfortable.

Most of the caravan was spotless. The kitchen had almost everything we needed to cook simple meals. The windows can be locked open allowing us to ventilate the caravan well. It was very quiet at night, there seemed to be a lot of empty caravans around so it was pretty quiet in the daytime too. There was no noise from seagulls either. Easy access to 2 wonderful beaches with 2 more a short drive away. Porthcawl is a great little seaside town with everything you need for a family holiday or a wildlife/ walking break. Local people friendly. Fireworks every Tuesday in summer school holidays. Surfing at Rest Bay not to be missed!

Great location in a quiet area but central for Newton the town and all facilities on the Trecco Bay site. Fabulous shower and bed very comfortable. Great quality television and excellent WiFi reception so able to stream programmes. Great that the car can be parked next to the caravan. Would definitely stay again. Added bonus amazing weather.

The cooking pans could be updated. And the shower room sink filled up quickly so to be careful it doesn’t overflow.

The location to the beach was fantastic! It was great that you can park your car next to the caravan. Was nice to have deck chairs to relax outside the caravan in the sun. It had a baby/dog gate on the door which we found so useful to keep the door open and the dogs couldn’t escape. It was clean, tidy, spacious and comfortable to sleep.

A very last minute booking, but within minutes of booking had a welcome message which included allowing us to check in early which was super! Clean, comfortable & so spacious, the hamper basket was a lovely surprise. Will definitely recommend to friends & hopefully be back at some point ourselves! Thank you!😁

Not enough toilets, around park. You have to book through activity office for swimming, even though it's free! Water too cold for little ones. Needs to be warmer. Would be better to have heaters in the pavilion to watch entertainment, as gets really cold. Didn't like the fact that you have to pay additional fees for soft play, bowling and bouncy castle. Not enough advertising for music etc on main stage. Found shop on site very expensive too.

Caravan was lovely and clean, well equipped and spacious. Nothing too much trouble for owners. Always on hand if you need anything, or need questions answered. Replys really quickly. Lots to do for families with little ones entertainment great, love the fact that you have acts in pavilion as well as main stage! Good variety of different foods on hand.
