The shower temperature is really hard to get correct.

I liked the interior design of the property, it was really refreshing and cozy. I think the location was great aswell as it’s only a short walk to the beach, it was really easy to find, communication with the host was really good and she was very informative and the place was lovely and clean. I had children with me and the board games and colouring pages was a really nice touch, however operation had no batteries which was a shame. The place had great facilities and lots of kitchen utensils, trays pans etc for cooking.

We couldn't get the TV in the bedroom to play any channels or log into the Netflix but wasn't much of an issue as we found some good shows on the TV in the living area and snuggled up there. The boiler gave us a bit of a fright first time one of us turned on the hot water but after a quick call to a grandparent we found out the place wasn't about to blow just needed to keep the door open if we was showering (maybe mentioned somewhere in the booking but if one of us didn't already know something about boilers we definitely would've called the host crying 😂) Not sure if these were included or not but the blue box round the side contained some great beach stuff but unfortunately broken tennis ball no bother to us but so the host is aware if not already

Pips has a quite quirky personality and we loved it(the kettle is adorable)! The bed and sofas were both ridiculously comfy! The radio was great came straight on as we unpacked the car! Beautifully decorated! Great for small groups,family's or a couple getaway by the sea!

The entrance door was a nightmare to open . Cupboard in the kitchen was nearly falling off the wall so did not want to use any cups in case it came crashing down

The towels were bit small to use. And for me I would have liked a bedside lamp as I like to read before bed.

The little cottage was perfect for our long weekend break the bed was comfortable and the facilities ample. It is definitely the type of place to come in sit down and relax. We didn't use it but there is a club house on site and a little shop just over the road that sold everything you would need. The cottage did get chilly in the evening but the gas fire was more than sufficient to keep the whole cottage warm and toasty. Be sure to pack an eye mask if you like to sleep in darkness as the blinds do let in a bit of light.

Bathroom too small for me and only 1 towel. WiFi not working. Front porch & door could do with a lick of paint/fixing, door handle that does work was very stiff. Blinds don't fully stop people looking in - not sure anyone would but....felt very safe on staying on my own & would recommend to others.

Love the quirky little cabin by the sea! Large comfy bed. Nicely stocked kitchen. Didn't cook so not sure if anything missing! Would recommend to others!

Didn't like the kettle ( boiling water not really good as lid came off and burnt my hand). Toaster didn't work had to hold button down to keep it on. Not really clean floors, the sofas need moving out and a good sweep as it looks like they not been moved for a while. Maybe curtains in bedroom as blinds were very see-through and we felt a bit uncomfortable getting changed as there were gaps down the sides.

Your own little shack. Nice little getaway will stay again If more privacy in bedroom is sorted and was swept under sofas. (Cleaner)

Worst owner, house was dirty as hell, old furniture. No locks in the bedroom. House or place was smelling like shit. We stay half night with bbq, again while Doing bbq quite with my wife and two underage daughters neighbours shouted us that we are not allowed to bbq. BBQ is allowed in description. I asked owner before I take it mine. They said that we going to burn all house with that mini BBQ. Owner blame us we use fire pit and destroy their grass but we use mini bbq with stand. Which can be seen in picture. Did I put bbq in 4 place in one night to destroy her grass ? This types of property and this kinds of owner will destroy the reputation of booking.com

One of worst property I have ever visited in my entire life. Never ever visit this chalet or place again. There is nothing to like as it describe in the booking.com, Gas run out middle of cooking and owner refuse to provide. We left property with our half cook chicken curry and uncooked rice. I can’t make children sleep hungry there. Owner was so rude…. Omg .. never experienced this types of behaviour. Most people living in that area around are regularly living people, they look at you like you come from another planet.

My only suggestion would be to put another larger mirror in. The only mirror was in the bathroom & because I was going somewhere I needed to see to straighten my hair. Any other occasion I wouldn’t have bothered

This chalet was lovely & quirky. I’d booked it as I needed to attend a funeral in the area for the following day & didn’t want the trouble of travelling on the day. The owner was an excellent communicator & provided all the details of entry to the chalet the day before. The chalet had everything you need for a stay. It was clean & comfortable. Very peaceful with plenty of seagulls. The shower was lovely. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer & explored the area.

Very quirky and cosy. Decorated prettily and very comfortable furnishings . Walkable to beach, very close to reasonably priced shop and to all amenities.

The chalet was very cold at night. The supplied heaters were not capable of delivering nearly enough heat. In the summer the chalet may be be comfortable but in Autumn or Winter is unsuitable.
