The kitchen was good because we could have food that suited everyone's taste. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable.

They take the money for the hotel off you before you even arrive. You require ID on check-in, and you are asked to present a payment card, which they will only use in the case of damage. The hotel is in a run-down area and not near a tube station, but it is on a good bus route.

The staff were helpful on check-in, and if you require any information regarding how to get to places. There was aircon in the room, which was very helpful, as the hotel is on a main road so it was noisy with the windows open. We had a problem in our room which was sorted straight away. Lots of buses to catch to get you round or in to London.

The breakfast was perhaps not the best deal. We only had it one morning and the variety of food was not great. We arrived very late on a Saturday night and the street is quite loud with clubs which I could hear in the room. But it was only Saturday night

The stay was overall good. The location is 25 minutes by foot to tower bridge and there are buses going by very often. Nice with coffee in the room. We had a big family room which was very spacious.

The overall cleanliness was a bit below a good standard. Dust in the corners of the room.

Friendly staff, good location comparing to the price of the stay. Only 30 minutes from Soho and many buses leave only couple steps from the hotel. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was a really positive experience. Thanks for helpful and friendly staff! Wonderfully friendly staff, quiet room, tasty and sufficient breakfast. The bus ran right next to the hotel often and it was easy to get to both city and the airport.

The breakfast was plain. The coffee from the coffee machine tasted like nut. There was no toilet brush. The air conditioner blew only cold air so it was always cold.

At night the street outside can get loud with drunk people because it has quite a few night establishments nearby. I think it could've been avoided by asking to change rooms somewhere opposite to the main street but we already had everything out of our luggages so we decided to just stay in that room. We stayed 3 nights and only 1 of them was really bad to the point we got up in the middle of the night to go to the window to see what was happening outside. Bring your ear plugs just in case.

Very comfortable bed , the room was a good size as well as the bathroom. Staff was very nice as well. I honestly really enjoyed this stay and would definitely come back.

The location was not near Tower Bridge! There was a birthday party in the restaurant underneath one of the bedrooms that was noisy.

I do not recommend the mushrooms during breakfast because of the taste.

The staff was amazing and really helpful when it came to customer service. The rooms fulfilled the needs of the guests and had extra toilets/bathrooms available. A decent arrangement of breakfast options. Very good location for supermarket and public transport.

My bedding was stained/dirty before I had even slept in it. It is a 30 minute walk to London/Tower Bridge

The staff weren't very friendly, quite blunt and matter of fact. not sure about the area at night..

Location was OK for what we needed, the room was spacious and clean liked that were was a fridge, as i always have bottled water and there was plenty of coffee for the morning breakfast is available at an extra charge but we didn't take this up, but at least it's an option

The bathroom was a bit old, shower drain and toilet clogged a little. There was a hair in a caserole of pork and beans, but the staff change the whole thing.
