Easy check in, although room was not ready was moved to another that was ready with minimal fuss. Excellent breakfast. Clean and comfortable room and clean bathroom. Very quiet room considering a city centre location. Easy walk to the city centre, Arena and the O2 Academy which was the reason for our visit. Staff very helpful & polite. Good parking, although its fairly small area.

The day we were to check out 05/12/17, there was no one available on reception. 3 different members of staff could not locate the receptionist. We needed to keep our bags in the hold as our flight wasnt to later in the evening. One member of staff sorted us, after we had been waiting a while. Other than this problem, everything else was great.

There wasn’t much choice for food, no room service, and sometimes reception was unstaffed and made it hard to find anyone! Vending machine was practically empty.

Beds were very comfy, room clean and spacious, staff were really friendly. Arrived at the room to find a card and a box of chocolates from the hotel as it was my best friend’s birthday. Had a good few chats with the lovely receptionist :) (when he was around!)

Hard to find property with no signage from busy main road. Even sat nav got it wrong using the full address and postcode. Double bed and 2 child beds were all VERY HARD. 1st room given left no floor space between the 4 beds but when we asked to move it happened quickly with no fuss. Beds in that one still VERY HARD.

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic. Great location for arena and other local attractions.

being made to wait to check in ... even after ringing the buzzer ...several times a member of staff close by didn't even say ill be with you soon ... said member of staff then came .... only one child,s bed made up when travelling with two .. got moved rooms .. the light from the window kept both myself and my son awake most of the night - soo much for a good nights sleep guarantee .. poor choice of evening menu and breakfast on first morning had obviously been sat a long time as was awful.. the hotel was hard to find as isn't actually on broad street but behind ...

Lack of staff, was told restaurant was open at 6pm but we waited until 6.40pm for a staff member to open up and then she did our tea(microwaved meal)which cost me 43 pound. Breakfast lacked and found hair in the sausage which took me off my breakfast, staff not that professional found the one to be sharp with her words when I had to pay the bill from tea the night before at breakfast because there was no staff to take payment the evening before.

The room was lovely beds really comfy.

    Staff are friendly and helpful.

There is a menu to choose from and order from 6pm - 10pm, but there was almost nothing. I had to go out to buy food. Please utilise that kitchen so residents can have supper on site if they choose to. Otherwise , take that misleading menu away.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I felt at home. Loved the breakfast.

The staff were rude and very unprofessional. Using the telephone whilst on the job and picking and choosing who they were going to serve next instead of going to who was next in the queue. The rooms weren't clean, there was hair clips in the bed. Pubic hairs in the bath. Overall not very clean. The car park is very small.

    Breakfast was lovely!
    • Leisure trip

Parking is ridiculous!! First come first served but yet if you pay in advance then your still not guaranteed a spot!! Just park anywhere in the car park....everybody did. Otherwise you have to park around the corner and pay again! No telephone in the rooms so if you require help you have to go down to reception.

Breakfast was lovely!! Staff were very helpful. Rooms were very clean and tidy, obviously just been refurbished which was great! Good size for a family of 5. Staff were great and very good at helping you when needed! Couldn't fault the rooms at all would definitely stay again.

Room 14 which we was allocated is right next to the stairs you could hear everyone going up them walking in the corridor. Very noisy late at night I asked to move rooms as wasn't getting any sleep

The location was perfect for the crescent theatre
