Lift out of order could do with a further settee chair

We were on the top floor - there are five floors but luckily we didn’t have too much luggage otherwise this might have been an issue. The damage deposit felt a bit extreme. We paid it and were refunded but it was more than the cost of one night in the suite. It was quite noisy overnight but it was a busy Saturday night so was to be expected really, not too bad if you can keep the windows closed.

The location is great as it is close to everything central. We were informed before arrival that the lift was not working. The suite was spacious and comfortable and had everything that we needed,

Duvet too small for the bed. Shelf above washbasin missing from the frame. Unsafe lighting and bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms. Lamp switch was sparking and main bedroom light failed to switch on and off reliably. No lift (apartment on 5th floor).

Central location with bookable parking facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Hard to find and poor signage. It would have been helpful in the pre-stay correspondence to let me know that the parking was through a gate next to the Chinese restaurant with very poor signage. I ended up driving around for some time before I found the parking and accommodation.

I arrived at noon and was not able to check in until the 3pm check-in time, so I had to wait awhile to eat since I do not like to eat out. They were able to keep my backpack behind the desk though, which was nice.

The room was spacious and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It was nice to have the full kitchen to cook meals and not to have to go out to eat.

The lift was not working and they gave me a room in the 4th floor . I had to carry heavy baggage with me upstairs which not a very good experience.

Lift not working for 2 nights don’t now how long it had been like that and I’ve got bad back and leg and killed me to climb stairs to 3rd foot with a case

The lift wasn’t working and hasn’t been for 3 months and was told 12 hours before going being on the 4th floor . Think if lift out that long they should advise it as stairs only

The carpet floor in the bedroom was way too dirty. Maybe change them if you can’t clean them. Room 408 was a mess, couldn’t walk barefoot. It was too uncomfortable.

The booking process is a total mess. They send you a payment link. Sometimes on the day of your stay. You have to be ready for it and they use an obscure payment provider.
