Bathroom Sink in Room no 6 needs replacement as it is quite spotted and getting old. Also a towel hanger inside bathroom will be helpful. Room heating panels are difficult to operate and unpredictable.

The property is located in very convenient location and Rooms are well done with small kitchen also attached.

A nice cozy hotel in a great safe neighbourhood, full of lot of cafes and restaurants. Easy to reach by tube. Friendly helpful staff. Easy check in and out. We liked the fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning/towels change every day. Mind that there is below ground floor (very common in London) and it is written in the description but it was ok for us.

The kitchen isn’t quite as fully equipped as you’d like for self catering facilities: no chopping board, for example, and I think (from memory) that the knife block had knives missing.

The location is really good. Easy tube or bus into the west end. The local area has lots of shops and bars and restaurants. It’s very quiet, despite being where it is in London and being so close to a main road (just off it). Really good value for money.

There was nothing wrong with the room at all. We had the noisiest people above us who kept us up from 2.30 am, through to 8 am. Although this is not the establishments fault in any way.

Nice spacious room. Staff were really friendly and efficient. Everything was clean, and the room was well equipped.

Suggest plastic rinsing cup in the bathroom and also safety holding bar when alighting fr bathtub to prevent any accident.

Less than 200m fr Earl’s Court Underground. Lots of eateries nearby. Peter, the manager, is very helpful and friendly.

The check in process was pretty easy and we were greeted by a receptionist and their manager. The location was very very close to Earls Court Tube (Piccadilly Line) which made getting to and form Heathrow very easy. The room that we booked was located two levels down from ground level with a garden view BUT the only way to access this was via stairs. Luckily a porter is at hand to assist with your luggage. At the time of the booking I did request a first or higher level studio but due to capacity this was not available when we checked in. To remedy this the Manager did offer us a 1st floor studio with balcony for only an additional 5 pounds/night so we happily accepted this. Our room was clean, tidy and had all amenities we required. The kitchenette with hob, oven, full size fridge and dishwasher was great and the addition of a laundry with washing machine welcomed. Our room had aircon which was nice and easy to adjust. The reasonable cost, comfortability and location ticked all of our boxes.

On arrival the room was oppressively hot. We turned all the heating down or off where we could.

Everything. We had 2 basement rooms and they were so quiet. Didn't hear anything from the street or other rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The washer/dryer was a handy inclusion. The location was great - a five minute walk to Earls Court Station, and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Can highly recommend Cleopatra's, just around the corner on Earl's Court Road, great meals, excellent service and reasonably priced.

Before coming I asked if the hotel could provide just for a day a hand blender (they could have 1 to loan) but they havent

The location was super nice, in the typical squares of residential houses with a garden in the middle :) 2minutes walking from Marks&Spencer and 4 minutes from earls court tube station The temperature of the room was great, the toilet was small but super good, with warm floor, and amenities The kitchen super equipped It was lower ground but was good because it had a big window for a little terrace. At the same time no noise from the street

The bed is hard and so are the pillows. Some of the furniture is shabby and should be replaced. the curtains too. The hotel should specify that their standard studios are basement apartments!

The location is fantastic. The kitchenette is a valued addition. The room is spacious, which is very important. Most of the staff is nice and helpful.

The space of the flat was very small for 3 persons and with one toilet only. The lighting was fine but not enough mirrors were available in the room. The building and furniture is very old and used.

All of The receptionists were available whenever needed and were friendly. The cleaner assistant was helpful and maintained our room perfectly. The kitchen and kitchen ware were all provided to ease our cooking whenever we want. Location was excellent and walking distance from many restaurants and Earl Court Train Station.

Only issue was that they advertised having a DVD player, but unfortunately, it didn't work. However, they did try and help us with this.
