We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomWe stayed while dropping our son at Leeds Uni. Caroline at reception was incredibly helpful with parking, shortcuts around the complex one-way system, a fantastic restaurant recommendation and running routes. Very comfortable, spacious, quiet and well air-conditioned room. We had an upgrade which was a nice surprise bonus! I actually noticed the fluffiness of the towels! Perfect location for exploring the city centre while also being on a peaceful traffic-less street. Great and quick breakfast and staff went out of their way to accommodate our son (not a hotel guest). Altogether we were very impressed with Quebecs and will be back!

Staff were really friendly and so helpful - feels like a family. Breakfast was cooked fresh which makes all the difference I don't like buffets where the food gets cold. Rooms lovely and clean. I would stay here again.

Fantastic breakfast and stunning room. The stairway and entrance is also beautiful. Location is in a fantastic, close to the train station.

The quebecs hotel to me was just perfect. It was one of those hotels that made me feel really special when I entered it. The whole place was just quality the moment you walked through the door. The staff were professional and helpful, the room I had was just beautiful with nothing being to much trouble for the staff to help you with. My room was absolutely beautiful for a lovely king bed with soft feather pillows air conditioning that actually worked and I had a bath that you honestly could get lost in it was so big. The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and quality ingredients, honestly the place was perfect
