Excellent service, good breakfast included, room with a view and a little separate sitting room via a small hall - a lovely surprise! Andrew went above and beyond looking after every little detail and was always available to help in any way - a pleasure to deal with!

The location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Loved the feel of the hotel and it was very clean and extremely comfortable. Also very quiet.

Very helpful and courteous staff who were always on hand if needed. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the public rooms were well furnished and welcoming. Breakfast was good and the hotel is in walking distance of the shops, the seafront and other amenities. Free parking was available both off and on road. Should we return to Weston we would book again.

The one thing we didn't like was 'LEAVING'.

We arrived a little earlier than expected,parked on the forecourt,and were greeted by a lovely lady Sarah, who made us very welcome and showed us to our room within minutes of our arrival. The room was clean and inviting with many complimentary items at our disposal.We had a great view of Weston from the balcony. Andrew was always available and very attentive to our needs. Recommend the breakfast which was cooked and served by the very joyful Jolita.

Location was great and quiet area. Beautiful looking old hotel with modern look inside. Free parking. Excellent breakfast severed by lovely lady who looked after so well. Warm welcome on arrival was given a lovely room with bath and sea view.

I was not happy they did not replace shampoo and such likes also they changed my bed and there was hair on the bed. I did not report it.

We loved everything.

This is a stunning property, lovingly converted from a much loved family home into an extremely homely, beautifully presented and welcoming Boutique hotel. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. Everything in the hotel is top quality. We had a fabulous room with a big balcony and enjoyed superb views out over the sea and the Grand Pier. We loved the complimentary touches, luxurious bedding and great room accessories (there was everything in the room you could possibly need during your stay). We enjoyed a fabulous, perfectly cooked, high quality breakfast. The owner was super friendly, as were all staff we met, and we loved hearing about the hotel’s history from the time it was built in 1910 to the present day. There is nowhere we would rather have stayed and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to Weston-Super-Mare in the future. There is nothing to disappoint in this hotel and everything to love. We can’t recommend the Queenswood Hotel to future guests highly enough.

Both rooms were clean, comfortable and the view from mine was brilliant. Early breakfast was facilitated which was just what we wanted. We were able to park at the property as well. A great stay.

Imagined it would be a little old fashioned seaside b and b. But it was not at all. It was lovely, quite modern but with lots of character. Lots of extra thought has gone into both design and services. Great quality breakfast too. And very friendly staff.
