We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaNoise of reconstruction from within the hotel building/block. Only 1 elevator for the entire hotel!!!!! Could not get the TV to work and nothing done by hotel staff even though notified. Could not adjust the air con and nothing done by hotel staff even though notified. Current advertising on-line of their restaurant boasts of the best Steak and Lobster in the City. Unfortunately, this menu no longer exists being replaced by Middle Eastern fare. My 83rd birthday (29th October) was spoiled.
Very convenient location, near to restaurants and bars and of course OXFORD STREET for shopping. Room rather bijou and in the roof.

United StatesThere’s nothing that surprised me about the property. You should be aware that the hotel rooms are significantly smaller than you might be used to coming from the US or the GCC. However, they were clean well kept and served my purpose well. If you go there and complain about the size of the rooms, you actually haven’t done your homework and that’s on you.
The location is outstanding and the price for the location decent.
