Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Some sockets were not working and the room was very warm. AC had to be turned on even though it was only 12degrees Celsius outside. There was only one small elevator for the whole building so it took a while for it to come; bit annoying if you're on the 4th floor.
Location was fantastic. Next to oxford street and the underground was just a few minutes away. The room was small (superior single) but comfortable enough for one person. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also well equipped

The toilet room was tiny. It is a little bit difficult to stay there
The location is the best. The room was clean and every day we have got bottles if mineral water.

no mirror to plug hair appliances in to do hair ! kettle lead very short to make tea properly! lift was a bit dodge , not clear on room service.

My room was small. No natural sunlight. Very dark hotel overall. To compensate there were lots of lights in the room but the spot lights in the room were overpowering in the evening when I required some subtle lighting. Could have done with a bedside lamp to address this. The room was extremely hot yet the air conditioning unit would benefit from an engineer as it created an extremely noisy rattle. It was difficult to open a window to get some fresh air to circulate as an alternative. The bed could have been more comfortable.
Pleasant and attentive hotel staff. Excellent location. Fantastic range of breakfast options. I did use the resteraunt in the evening and enjoyed a meal. It would be helpful to have a light bite range option on the menu.

Location was easy to reach and not far from where I needed to be for a morning meeting. Breakfast - the eggs benedict was yummy and service was fab! Room was a bit snug in terms of space, for the amount paid, but comfy.

There were some long waits for the single lift, which is understandable in an older building. The television could have been bigger and had a better range of channels.
Very friendly check-in. Upgraded to a double room. Bed and especially pillows very comfortable, as usual for a Radisson. Excellent breakfast with extensive choice from "full English" buffet, as well as juice, cereal, pastries, etc.

No problems at all, only that the toilet seemed like it was blocking at times. We found you had to hold the flush button until everything was gone. Very minor issue so we didn’t even feel the need to bring it to the staffs attention.
Location was excellent. In walking distance of Hyde Park and 2 minutes away from Marble Arch underground station. Lots of retail stores in walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. Staff were very kind and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was a nice size and had lots of fresh towels, toiletries, cotton wipes and buds. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit London!

The employees are smiling and helpful, and the location is very wonderful, close to important events and places in the capital, London. As for breakfast, I did not eat it because I was fasting during the holy month of Ramadan.

The size of the room was small. I had 2 big suitcases and no proper space was left to really move about. The elevator was slow.
Location was great right next to oxford street. The steak and lobster in house made for good dining. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and bathroom amenities were sufficient

Staff at this hotel are exemplary - I have to mention Walusha on Reception, but all Reception staff were faultless. In the Restaurant, Stefan was first-class, knowledgable and professional - thank you. The Food was wonderful - we had Dinner and Breakfast. The hotel smells great and is beautifully clean. The location is fabulous for Oxford Street (Selfridges is really close by).
