Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomShower setup was strange and flooded the whole bathroom, would've preferred a regular walk in shower cubicle with a door. Room also didn't have a bottle opener which was abit disappointing, would've thought it'd be standard issue. The sofa bed was stained and tatty. Let the room down abit.
Good car park, nice location, not too busy, decent sized room with comfy and clean sheets. Handy having an ironing board and iron in the room. Cheap price for a Saturday Night too. Also allowed us to check in early for no extra cost which was a big bonus.

United KingdomPaying for the parking, were there 5 nights so cost us £50 for the full trip! The reason was for the upkeep of the car park which my boyfriend and I didn’t see what the big deal was as the car park was only a coded barrier and just a normal car park so nothing fancy! One of the housekeepers weren’t too friendly when she knocked the door and asked if we wanted the room done and I said yes if u wouldn’t mind and she just huffed as if it was a problem and then my boyfriend just said his trainer box was for the bin and she just rushed him out the way!

United Kingdom£10 for parking is not a bad price but I would expect this included in the stay not an additional extra. Also the hotel seems to be taking in homeless people to assist the police which I didn't except
