The only thing I could fault is the limit applied to accessing the leisure facilities, you only get 1 hour access and if people are staying in a hotel they may want to make full use of these.

The cleaning was poor when we got to our rooms to say we waited 3 hours for them to sort it and my partner stepped in a needle and pierced his foot there wasn’t any toilet roll either

We booked a spa package, and to be honest, it was not worth the money that we paid. It was very expensive for what we got. Also informed the hotel that I planned on proposing to my partner while we were there and asked if they had any recommendations of where to do it or even if they could make the room presentable for such an occasion to there reply, 'over £100 pounds for a few rose petals on the bed which I thought was ridiculously priced and they couldn't recommend anywhere in there own hotel that was nice enough to do the proposal. I was very disappointed with the trip our room had mould in the bathroom and it wasn't the cleanest not for the price we paid.

The food in the Asian fusion was absolutely beautiful, and the prices for alcoholic drinks were reasonably priced. we were expecting it to be a lot more expensive... although we didn't get breakfast included, and it was another £31.90 in the morning, and after paying so much for the room, I would have thought breakfast was included

Rooms were average and charging for standard amenities, such as a toothbrush - as I forgot mine - is poor for a 4 star hotel. Additionally a 1 hour slot for spa access is insufficient.

Paid £45 per person to upgrade for the spa facilities and was absolutely packed barely any beds available in the spa area so spent most the time waiting for people to leave but beds were reserved with towels and no one came for 30/60 minutes for them.

Breakfast was fantastic, infusion restaurant was delicious, all of the restaurant staff and reception staff were very polite and friendly.

A downside was the room didn’t have a fridge and the hotel doesn’t have a vending machine so if you want anything to drink you have to go to the garage or Tesco. The spa is fantastic but it’s a shame you only get an hour time slot that you have to book when you check in. Also, I booked via booking.com and the hotel themselves posted a much cheaper price on their social media so I was gutted I’d booked prior.

Ramside Hall is absolutely stunning. Booked a premier room and it was amazing. Brilliant size and the bathroom was fantastic. The Elemis hair product samples are an extra bonus! The spa facilities are incredible and very clean. Breakfast was delicious.
