Thought the evening meal was pricey for what we got. Plugs hard to get to and we had an issue with flies even though are windows were shut.

The old bugbear of an electrical point not being near the mirror to dry hair. Luckily I could lift and move the dressing table mirror onto the tea/coffee cabinet, however, it kept moving so not ideal. Breakfast was a bit chaotic but appreciate it was busy. The serving tongs were way too hot - couldn't handle.

The building is super, fantastic views and lovely decor throughout. The garden area is a bonus with plenty of seating. Also plenty of seats to stop and admire views around the area. Easter egg under the cup at breakfast was a nice touch.

The upper level corridors and games room are looking a bit dated and lacking the quality that the bedrooms and dining room show.

The food wasn`t the best we have had compared to similar holiday sites. The breakfast was bland in taste. The décor of the place looked tired and in need of a revamp.

The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the best part was the magnificent views from the garden. The garden itself was well kept and had really good viewpoint features overlooking Robin Hoods Bay. For us it was a pet friendly destination and the minor inconvenience of a separate eating area wasn`t much of a problem. Plenty of good walks nearby including the Cleveland way.

We took my elderly parents and all of the staff made all feel so welcome, we had a great time the accommodation and location was top class the food surpassed our expectations especially the evening meal which we booked for both nights thank you again we have a really lovely two day break.

Nothing in particular, but only stayed for the one night B&B so not long to notice anything not to like.

The location of the Raven Hall Hotel is exceptional with amazing views. We had a room with four windows overlooking the sea, cliff tops and beyond. The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty choice. All staff were welcoming and helpful. Plus an added bonus of a sunny day which has been a rarity for some time!

The hotel is dated and run down, our 1st room stank of dirty and blocked drains.Lifts didn't work. Swimming pool has to be booked ahead for 45 min.slots. All due to the fact that the hotel has been sold and would be refurbished and rebuild in very near future.

0 fat yoghurt. Most recent science suggests that modified, processed foods are less healthy. Having full fat yoghurt option would have been nice. Little disappointed pool was out of action but understand why.
