Have had a wonderful 3 night stay at Redgate House. Eilish was a super host who welcomed me with a warm and friendly hug hello… (like seeing an old friend) she had some great tips and was very attentive. Location was great and the house was very comfortable

Eilish was a great host, and ensured my stay was both pleasant and fun! I also appreciated her pre-arrival communication as she alerted me to a beautiful waterfall near to where I was, which I would have otherwise missed. Her advice for my time in Derry also helped ensure my time there was well spent.

Of our 10-day trip, with 10 different places to stay, I left this one for last... and that's because everything was perfect. The house is a dream, the room too, and I absolutely have to mention Eillish, the host. It was like visiting your aunt on vacation, the aunt you love most and can't wait to see again... a very sweet and welcoming woman. I wish I could have taken her home with me! The breakfast was wonderful, fresh, and plentiful. Thank you so much for your hospitality, thank you Eilish, for being the person you are! I absolutely recommend! Ylenia and Marco

Tea making facilities in the room would have been appreciated, but a minor concern, everything else was wonderful.

An outstanding Bed and Breakfast. Eilish was a friendly, welcoming host. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We particularly liked the wallpaper, which set off the entry hall to perfection. The location was great for exploring the city the following morning, and Eilish provided great information regarding where to park etc.

Good position to visit Derry, the owner is a very kind woman who will warmly welcome you to her house and She Will also give you useful information about the surroundings. Clean room, beautiful view, very nice breakfast.

I only stayed one night at this wonderful bed & breakfast, but the warm welcome and the loving atmosphere left a lasting impression. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by Eilish with a heartfelt hug and immediately invited in for coffee and cookies – such a kind and personal gesture that made me feel right at home. Eilish is the kind of host you can only hope for: open, warm, and with a great sense of what her guests need to feel comfortable. The room was very clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with lots of attention to detail. Breakfast the next morning was simply fantastic – generous, fresh, and carefully prepared. Nothing was missing: hot dishes, fresh fruit, a selection of breads and spreads – everything was of high quality and served with a smile. Even though it was just a short stay, I felt completely at ease and genuinely welcome. I would gladly return anytime! It was a pleasure to stay at eilish's beautiful home. .

A previous reviewer commented on the wall paper I thought it was spectacular. The house is elegant. The owners were perfect hosts. The room was very spacious and the en suite was nice and spacious. The whole experience was 5 star. Keep up the good work Eilish.

I personally wasn't too keen on the wallpaper in the hallway! The bathroom seemed too big and empty - it needs more furniture or wall hangings.

Very comfortable bed. The range and quality of the continental breakfast were so good that we opted not to go with the hot food on offer. Elish and Brian were fantastic hosts. The location was ideal for our plans.

We were in Derry for a football match and from the minute we arrived at Redgate we were treated like family. Such a beautiful place with a lovely homely feel to it. The host Eilish is a gem will definitely stay here again.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Eilish makes you so welcome. Our room was so spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Delicious fresh fruit, pastries, scones, cereal and cooked option offered as well. Well positioned for visiting Londonderry. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous property, Eilish was so welcoming and provided a lovely vegan breakfast for us, gave us great tips on what to see / where to eat / park, and the place was spotless. We plan on revisiting!
