As we only paid for bed and breakfast I was perfectly happy with the stay at this hotel and would certainly return in the future. the staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with so I really had no complaints with our stay.

Enjoyed our stay very much. We stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. the bedroom was clean, kept tidy and was warm. I felt that the food and drink prices in the hotel were a little on the high side but it was my only criticism.

As we were going to a show at the local venue it was only a 5 minute walk to the theatre. The hotel location was on the sea front and had great views. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. The room was very comfortable and clean and the Welsh breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Very well appointed accommodation and good food. Customer service was excellent - nothing seemed to be too much trouble at reception, housekeeping and in the bars and restaurants. Very impressed with all the staff we encountered.

The only down mark I would give the hotel was the size of the sink in the bathroom you couldn't wash ur face and just about clean your teeth with out banging your head on the shelf . Otherwise everything else in the room was great

Breakfast excellent staff 1st class. We had two evening meals in the hotel both meals good the only down fall they could do with having a special board so there is another choice from the menu. Again staff very friendly and helpful, they also have a bar if you don't want to go out at night. It was a good half hour walk into town. Have to mention KANE on reception very pleasant with everyone and very knowledgeable nothing was to much trouble for him. 1St Class KANE

The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable. There was little extras on the room like coffee machine with costa pods, shower caps, many other little things. Food on the bar was very nice.

We liked everything.

Extremely well run hotel. The attention to detail is really good to see. Very doggy friendly which is why we booked in the first place. It's definitely worth paying a bit extra and staying in a hotel where they really know what they are doing. Friendly staff, well maintained, good decor and a fabulous breakfast. This is a wonderful hotel. We will definitely be back.

The double bed could have been king size & the room & bathroom could have been a little bigger.

The evening meals were superb! The receptionist allowed us to move rooms after our 1st night because it was too noisy from 6am onwards with people going in & out of their rooms, the doors making a lot of noise & their footsteps, all of which disturbed us & my dog. The 2nd room was at the end of the corridor so was much quieter. The staff were very friendly.

No parking on site unless you have EV car, however I was able to park outside the hotel. I did have an issue with my room location.

Great food. Room was comfy and great bath for soaking in. There’s an allocated area for dogs.
