Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

BelgiumThe noise from upper floors, even when they are working we can hear it and sometimes wake us up. They don't change the bed sheet without extra pay even if you stay there for 10 days. So it is good for short stay but not long stay.
The house settings and security. Quiet neighborhood, with shops and public transport not so far.

SlovakiaThe biggest issue with this accommodation is the condition and equipment of the apartments. Our first stay was in the smallest unit, which had absolutely no storage space—we had to keep our belongings on the table and sofa. The TV had no signal, and even YouTube barely worked. The bed was hard, and the whole apartment looked quite worn out. Since it was in the basement, we kept the curtains closed most of the time, and there was also some noise from the street. For the last two nights, we were moved to a larger apartment due to a supposed system error. Unfortunately, this only made things worse—the bed was one of the worst I've ever slept on, with every spring poking through and making it unbearably hard. The worst part, however, was when water started leaking from the ceiling overnight. We spent the whole night changing containers to catch the dripping water. While I understand that such incidents can happen, the staff’s reaction was disappointing. When we reported the issue, they simply told us there was nothing they could do and that it would be dealt with in the morning. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and we will definitely not be staying here again.
The accommodation has a great location, just about a 5-minute walk from the nearest metro station on the Elizabeth Line. However, travelers should be aware that not all trains on this line stop at this station. One of the few advantages of the apartment was the keyless entry system, which allowed us to use a code instead of carrying keys.

United KingdomThe ad on Booking is misleading and misleading. An impressive picture with a wide lens with lots of light and no cleaning. It's a basement apartment that was probably divided into three parts. Dark, noisy when everyone walks over you, the entire apartment is built from the cheapest materials available and equipped with the minimum of accessories and the cheapest possible. The floor is not repaired. The doors are thin, the lighting is unpleasant, the TV is not working, the sink and faucets are not well maintained - everything is loose, the oven is old and not marked, so it's difficult to operate it and choose a baking mode. All the household appliances are from IKEA and the furniture too. But the highlight is the old mattress and the pillows that are no longer worthy. The bath towels are very small. Limescale in a cheap kettle. There are no bags for the trash cans. It's worse than basic. There weren't even trash bags. There was a problem with the heating shutting down and it had to be restarted - the owner arrived within 45 minutes and was very nice and helpful and fixed the problem immediately. And asked if everything was okay. We didn't want to start a discussion. The wallpaper on the wall is also not in good condition. It's not clear how they dare to take a deposit for such poor maintenance.
