You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe mattress was appalling. It was thin and very lumpy, every spring was felt. Advertised a extra large double, it was in fact two singles pushed together with the result that the middle was two edges. Didn't get much sleep.
This hotel was convenient and the fact that it was on an industrial estate didn't make a difference. Plenty of parking with 24 hr reception. Food available. The room was basic but warm and clean.

Every member of staff could not have been more helpful, so friendly and accommodating. Room was lovely and warm, beds were fairly comfortable, plenty of clean towels, working television and tea making facilities

United KingdomVery small room for a double bed. But the bed was awful the mattress had springs coming through. I would have had a better night's sleep on the floor it was that bad. If you want people to keep coming back and compete with other hotels in the area you really need to look after people. You have got the right people running the hotel. Invest in them and the hotel. If your customer's are not getting a good night's sleep there not coming back.
The hotel suited our needs for the 3 days that we stayed. Very warm welcome from the staff . And clean towels every day.
