We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe window makes noise with the wind and the mini bar madea lot of noises at night that keep disturbing me. The dubee was hot and without it was cold, I needed a cotton blanket, I don't like feaders, the pillows were too flat, maybe one firm and one flat as on other hotels. It's missing an electrical fan for the bathroom so it gets ventilated faster.
The location is great, the room size is great, the view. The bathtub is great size.

Probably one of my favourite hotels in London I got upgraded to a lovely room. Food was delicious! And staff were lovely especially Feida!

United KingdomNavigation of levels and rooms etc in the hotel was difficult. Guest stairs to go up and down that aren't the staff stairs were hard to find. The air conditioning in the room was not properly working and the temperature was warmer than I'd like. There were no teabags and milk in the room and needed to be requested. The mood lighting didn't work correctly.
The staff were lovely. Did everything they could to help. The interior is nice, with a pleasant bar and lobby etc. Overall it was the service that saved it

United KingdomThe pool is very small. The digital keys were infuriating but necessary as there was a queue taking forever at reception so we never got a real key. The security on the ground floor demanded to see our keys for our room when we came in after 10pm and it wouldnt load i did explain we were guests. It made me feel like I was being accused of being somewhere I shouldn't be and is not welcoming whatsoever. The air con would not turn off despite us pressing the off button by our bed and it became very cold overnight. The shower is also very small. I wanted to order breakfast but the QR code provided which led me to room service did not have breakfast as an option and wouldn't allow me to buy food until 11am. I had to bypass this by calling the front desk.
The room was lovely. The pool is warm. The bed was comfortable The panel that controlled the curtains and lights was very convenient for us.

United KingdomThe door into the corridor leading to our room on the first floor is extremely difficult to push open, especially when carrying luggage. I appreciate the fire prevention nature of the doors, but they need to be reset.
We were allocated Room 112, the room was clean and tidy. The location worked well as we were attending an event at the IWM and were able to use buses to get to the venue and return. The staff we interacted with were excellent. When I went to check out there was a queue so I dropped the keys in the express check out and sent an email to say that we had done so. I was surprised to receive an email response within a couple of minutes thanking me. I was impressed.

I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Taras at the Riverbank Park Plaza, and I cannot praise him highly enough. From the very first moment, his professionalism and warmth set the tone for an exceptional stay. He greeted me with a genuine smile, handled the check-in process seamlessly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and well taken care of. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and his ability to anticipate guests’ needs—always attentive, yet never intrusive. Taras combines efficiency with kindness, creating the perfect balance of professionalism and hospitality. His knowledge of the hotel and the surrounding area was outstanding, and his recommendations truly enriched my experience. It’s rare to meet someone who leaves such a positive impression, but Taras certainly did. He embodies the very best of hospitality, and the Riverbank Park Plaza is fortunate to have him on their team.

United KingdomBut the room and corridors still felt a little outdated. One of the issues was the air-conditioning that was either full-on or off, there was no opportunity to control the flow.
Staff are so friendly - they really make the experience good. River views from the restaurant (breakfast) are super. We were upgraded, and really appreciated the opportunity to go to the 12th floor executive lounge to see the views before we checked out.

United KingdomSounds very picky but when we wanted a coffee, we were only left with one spoon. It was very late at night when we returned to the hotel and realised so didn’t think it warranted bothering someone for it. The pillowcases and bedsheets maybe need updating because for £400+, I don’t want tears and small holes in them. They didn’t impact my sleep at all but for the price we paid I don’t think it’s a good look sadly. The bath in room 912 kept making a funny noise the whole time we stayed there (which didn’t bother us at all). It sound like the pipes were cooling down or like when water is draining out of the bath itself, maybe just needs looking at. Sorry!!
I stayed here before and love the location. Lovely walks along The Southbank or over Lambeth Bridge to get into Central London. Ideal for the Underground as well. Quiet and easy to find. Last time, the lobby had an overwhelming smell which thankfully wasn’t there this time. I didn’t sleep well the time before either but slept very well both nights we stayed here, as did my friend. We needed extra amenities and the staff were more than happy to fetch them for us
