Bathroom needed attention, shower was black with mould, also cleaners need to pay more attention to detail, empty cans and used snacks packets in main bedroom cupboard, crisp crumbs under cushions on sofa

We had been cancelled our first caravan , paid over £100 for another caravan that was an upgrade. This caravan did not look like it was an upgrade , both caravans beside us were bigger and better then ours and had no one in , our caravan ceiling was fallen apart , our shower door did not shut properly , and the sofa cushions needed a good clean . My understanding of paying extra we would have had a better caravan . No compensation offered when our first booked caravan was cancelled . And no communication .

Showering in a caravan is tricky. The caravan was not clean. Some of the reception staff were rude.

Swimming. Water aerobics. Jacuzzi swimming pool stuff. The restaurant staff were nice. Very safe. Issues resolved fast Helpful stuff. Friendly guests. Food is decent. Taxis are pretty cheap. Not far from the beach, butties, shops.

To be honest it was all good and did exactly what we required so nothing bad. For some it may be a little unconventional as it appears to be in the middle of a business park but there was plenty of on site facilities and easy access to the surrounding area.

This was booked as a self catering mobile home and completely suited our travel requirements. It was clean throughout, was well equipped and meant we had a close base to the event we were attending. We had a late check in and the security was fully informed and had everything to hand straight away so no holds ups there!

Allergens - couldn't eat at the onsite restaurant as they don't know what allergens are in the food. When I mentioned the disappointment of this on check out, I expected to have a response that they would make changes to this and thanking me for alerting them to it, but was met more with an argumentative nature and was told I should ring in advance (when you're on holiday you don't know where you will eat in advance) . I don't feel that in 2024 you should have to ring a location to let them know you have an allergen in advance. There should always be something available for everyone. It also made me wonder what they offer to their vegans as this was a dairy allergy. In fact, I'm pretty sure that with trading standards, a company should have knowledge of allergens and be able to provide food to everyone. Caravan - front door hard to open, smoke alarms out of batteries and beeping on entry, door in one of the rooms didn't have the handle working from the inside, it was lucky that there was more than one of us otherwise someone could get stuck in and not be able to get out.

Brilliant communication when I phoned to check things in advance. Was able to check in earlier Swimming pool area, warmth and staff in the swimming pool area. Location - close to shops and plenty of places to eat. Staff - majority of staff were helpful Caravan - clean and felt very homely

Part of the site was flooded, and unfortunately, other facilities were closed. Overall, it was OK

It was close to where I was attending an event. I was at Goodwood Members Meeting. The staff were friendly. The bar had a good atmosphere. I would go again.

Really enjoyed the clubhouse fersilities and evening entertainment such as bingo , family games and the live music .

Noisy kids and bar but we were probably just too close to the main facility to avoid this. As above it was to be expected really.

Stayed here to attend the Goodwood Revival Festival. Left it late booking so there weren't many options. As a caravan site with children it would be fine but we found it quite noisy in the evenings with the children still playing out gone 11pm! To be expected really i guess. We were also very close to the Arcade, bar and entertainment facility so music could be heard which made it difficult to get off to sleep (solved the 2nd night by purchase of earplugs!). Good facilities nearby, Sainsbury's, Costa, Mc D's, Burger King and KFC so plenty for the kids. For what we wanted it was probably the wrong place to book but may have been OK on the outskirts of the Park so don't want to be too harsh as it's a holiday camp first and foremost not a hotel. From what i saw of the facilities they were great

The fridge with a door self in and not like a freezer. Oven that works .saucepan lids . Table to high .

Lacked some essentials such as an oven tray and oven gloves. It would have been nice if the beds had been made up on arrival.

The caravan was very basic but spotlessly clean. The site had a fabulous pool and the entertainment was good.

Caravan smelt of smoke and wet dog very very strong badly stained furniture and carpet Had to leave all windows open and go to shops to buy air freshener which was a big inconvenience

Cold toddler pool

Staff were friendly, especially guy in arcade .. Food in restaurant was amazing although the chef was a bit rude when asked if we could add a topping .. Bar staff were lovely as was reception staff.. Toddler pool was not heated sadly and was too cold for kids too use not sure why as advertised as heated ..
