Very clean and relaxing hotel.

Vegatarian breakfast was amazing and very large. Very warm and welcoming hosts, nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be going back. Great value for money.

There was not one thing not to like, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room we had was at the front could see the tower all lit up.

Unfortunately, across the road from Hotel is the Sandringham, which is, it would appear, housing some rather disgruntled individuals who seemed intent on having their disagreements in the street in the early hours of the morning!!

Lovely people running the Hotel, not too far from the centre and beach, car parking available which was a bonus, comfy bed.

This Hotel is excellent value for money and Bernice & Dave are Brilliant hosts. Going down for the Delicious Breakfast in the morning was a Definite highlight. Thanks for a wonderful stay and I will book again in the not too distant future.

David was there to welcome us as soon as we arrived Got parked no problem the room we were in was very clean beautiful decor the extras in the room we more than you would expect The bed and linen were very comfortable had a fantastic sleep Breakfast room again spotless and Bernice was there to welcome us The full English breakfast was lovely not greasy Plenty of cereal and fruit and you helped yourself to toast and fruit juice Both David & Bernice are very helpful and welcoming had a lovely stay your not far from everything Blackpool has to offer We will definitely be back to this wee gem well worth a visit Thanks David & Bernice

In my room ,room 10 the tv did not work as having mental health issues I love to sit and watch tv and relax, Also I did not like the location of we're it was ,was walking through the backstreet they was gangs of young people watching you and on the Friday night me and my dad was followed by a lad on a push bike walking down coronation street road ,the lad had a mask on covering his face ,me and my dad had to go in to a shop and wait till the cost was clear as we was scared for are lives .

The bathroom was a little dated, but clean and tidy. We were chatting with the owners who told us they only took over last year and are refurbishing bit by bit, bathrooms next so not a complaint!

The B&B was very welcoming, clean and tidy. The two proprietors equally as charming and a great help. Nice to see that smiley face at breakfast. 100% would rebook to stay again.
