There was myself and two sons on the getaway, we had a room with a double bed and a single bed in it, a very small room indeed , it had one very narrow coat hanger unit, which had a couple of things to make tea/coffee on it. There was no proper storage to put clothes or anything, just not enough room, the bathroom was a good size. There was a small TV which didn't work properly and the bathroom light didn't work. Shower wasn't very good either, for obvious reasons we didn't shower.. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were not very good, a build up of dirt and hairs etc in the bathroom, general cleanliness wasn't too good. Blinds didn't work properly, half broken. Pillow stunk of sweat 🤢 beds not very comfortable. Window in the bathroom was broken. We had a sea view but couldn't really see too clear for the dirty windows. Didn't have brekkie or any other meal or anything there as we went elsewhere. Not somewhere I'd come back to stay nor recommend I'm afraid.

The guy who welcomed me into the hotel was very pleasant and welcoming and showed me to our room. The best thing about it was the location on the sea front with parking.

There was bird poo on the wardrobe and you could hear pigeons either on the roof or nesting in the roof early hrs and sometimes at night. The wardrobe falls forward a bit to you when u open it and the screws have come loose. The shower has black mould building up in the corners and the sink is chipped a bit. The windows have mineral build up from water And there is a cracked ceiling tile in the bathroom the shelf they put the kettle and coffee/tea on is falling off the wall which made us unsure to use it and the bed looks like it's been dragged in from a sewer alot of dirty brown marks.

Very small room, kettle plug did not reach socket. The hotel is old and tired and needs the decor updating.( this we are sure will happen over time) No bath towels, just hand towles.

Parking the bar. Breakfast Host was very kind pleasant Short walk to tramstop. (Just across the Road)

Our bedroom was dingy and very small and the decor was in need of improvements. Our bedroom door wouldn't lock with ease.

The owner was so lovely, polite and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

Old, tired, very dated. But if it modernised it would be a whole lot dearer.

This b&b is bargain basement..the owner was lovely, the view was splendid, Seaview room. But the whole hotel needs a complete revamp. But if that happens, the prices will shoot up. The towels didn't match, the bedding was just something else, from the early nineties, but it was a family room, 3 beds , a bed each.. We slept here for 1 night. It served its purpose. the owner was fantastic.

Really dated. Old mismatched broken furniture everywhere, broken windows/glass partions covered with tape. Not very clean. Handles missing from wardrobe. No heating, cold shower, broken toilet. Broken blinds with missing slats, with no curtains. TV didn't work. Bedding didn't smell clean and the duvet and pillows were like a sheet of paper, so thin. We went and bought our own duvet, pillows and bedding. £20 extra for breakfast, definitely not worth the money.

Room small and TV was tiny and difficult to get to and the aerial didn't work very well.

Location was great as it was just out of the main town and so quiet. Owner was friendly and helpful.

The decor and the place looked tired. With the bad weather we had it was a bit of a trek into town.

The host was nice and very accommodating. The beds were comfortable.

So the place needs a full revamp, all dated, nothing matches, room was quite dirty and i didn'tdare use the shower in the room... Advert states bar and games. Yes there is a bar and also a pool table but the full place was in darkness. Also states restaurant which only served breakfast. The toast was delicious but everything else was stone cold...surprised when we were presented with orange squash in a Pyrex jug. Very noisy kept getting woke up throughout the night when people were coming back

The location was great, right opposite the tram stop.
