The room was sufficient, plenty of space, showers were hot. Breakfast pack was good. Free parking. Enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again if we returned to UK.

Good value for money - room was as described & had all the basic amenties. Staff were friendly, breakfast was basic but a nice touch & it was only a 10 minute walk to the station/centre. Don't expect luxury but you get what you pay for!

The view hence why the price is good value. Think it need update bathroom. The breakfast needs to be clear as was expecting cooked breakfast instead bag of cold food IE croissant, yogurt, bar and juice cartons

Good value price and near Newcastle town and stadium weather you walk or catch a bus. Comfort bed, clean and tidy.

I could hear other guests in neighbouring rooms talking. The room was hot and stuffy and had a musty smell.

Felt safe with 24hr desk and car parking included. Drinks and snacks available at reception. Breakfast in a bag to go. All very convenient.

Room walls splattered with something, don’t know what it was, very old and dated sofa, had seen better days, marks on the curtains, black mould around shower screen. Supposed to be bed and breakfast, was just a bag with hardly anything in it,disappointed

Toilet wash basin was old style. Didn't expect a twin bed when I had booked a single person room. Room carpet needed more cleaning around the skirting. Breakfast packet was only veg and no non-veg, and not sufficient.

Toilet was clean. Receptionist was helpful. Check-in was smooth and quick. Quiet place. Warm inside - heaters in the corridor. Located close to the city centre.

The room, and hotel in general were tired looking, and shabby. It did fine for the week but needs to improve look to compete with other hotels in the area. Free pqrking was a major bonus

The location was great, short walk to city centre. With major refurb this hotel could meet its full potential. I was surprised and pleased with the breakfast provided.
