Nothing! We were impressed with everything.

A lovely reception area, comfortable and very clean. Reception to accommodation was fast and friendly. We had a double room which included a small kitchen, good size bathroom with a great shower and very comfortable bed. The room itself was incredibly clean, we had a river view which was very nice. The apartments aren't too far from the city centre but if mobility is a problem a taxi ride wouldn't be too expensive. There is a complimentary drinks machine (decent coffee and hot chocolate) in the reception area and croissants (each morning) which is a really nice touch.

There was a strong smell of cleaning products, not unpleasant, around my room.

The staff were pleasant, the location was good and the room was comfortable. I especially liked that I could cast from my devices to the room TV.

The family grande room was superb...even if it was just for two of us. Lots of space made for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only thing we can think of is that the mattress was a little too firm for our liking, otherwise everything was perfect in our room. Also, I'd suggest relocating the outdoor smokers area a little further away from guests rooms, as the smoke tended to drift in through our window.

We had a fabulous stay in a lovely smart studio room with a balcony, and river view. The river view was amazing. The room was extremely clean, and we liked having the use of a kitchenette, with cooking utensils etc. Fantastic shower and we enjoyed the luxury of having a heated floor in the bathroom! Also nice to have air conditioning. The complementary hot drinks, coffee, and croissants were a very welcome and enjoyable addition to our stay, and the staff were all lovely and very helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay Roomzzz York city, we'll definitely be back!

All excelent really. Staff were great, room was modern, had all the amenities, and was spotless. It's a 10 minute pleasant walk along the river the city centre and very quiet in the evening.

Property could have been a bit cleaner in the hallways etc. I think it could also do with a bit more choice from the breakfast and paying to park on top of the room rate makes it more expensive.

Like most hotels, the maintenance of the rooms needs attention. My room had loose wall sockets, scratched flooring and a worn-looking kitchen. I appreciate they are in constant use, but….

The location is great for getting to York’s main attractions, which are no more than 15 minutes away on foot

15 mins walk across the river into centre of old York city. 20 mins walk from railway station. Very helpful staff. Cooking facilities and they also sold frozen ready made meals and snacks, so very convenient. Free luggage storage.

TV was a bit tricky to operate ( probably just me....) but the staff were helpful and got it working But to be fair there were no bad points.

A really wonderful location! York is a beautiful city and Roomzzz was so convenient and very comfortable. The room had all the things we needed a d was air conditioned which made the room super comfortable. We had paid undercover parking too.

Need a bathmat for shower and maybe offer more than 1 key card if more than 1 guest

Location is excellent, so quiet at night and views over the river are amazing, rooms are big, clean and incredible! Couldn't recommend Roomzzz enough
