The first room we were given had a draft coming from an ill-fitting window and didn't look much for a "King Room with Sea View", we moved rooms because of the draft - the second room was a bit bigger than the first one, but still nothing special (photos are a bit misleading - our room had only one window). At breakfast, Tea is served from a flask, it tasted OK but I would have preferred a fresh pot of tea.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was good with a reasonable choice for both dinner & breakfast, both of which were available for several hours each day. Parking was available outside the front door and the hotel was easy to find. The sea view is beautiful and the hotel is very quiet as it is set back from the main road. The bed was comfortable.

I would suggest that the hotel was very tired in some areas and needs some refurbishment. I was also disappointed with the costs of having a dog with us. Only half of the light bulbs in the room were working

A pot of tea/coffee would have been better rather than it being in mugs. Toast should be offered.

The reception area really is quite dingy and unwelcoming despite the very friendly welcome and staff. Carpets on stairs need replacing and in the room while small issues no hook on the back of the bathroom door and why there is a glass door on the bath is beyond me as reaching the taps is a real challenge

We paid extra for a sea view, however the window next to the bed had condensation trapped between the double glazed panels, making the view very obscured. This was a pity as otherwise we could have lay in bed watching the sea view. Other window was fine, but not the main one we would have appreciated looking out, bit disappointing

Beautiful location and building, food was pricey but lovely. Wonderful staff. All needs catered for, room service was prompt and delicious, massive portions.

The property is stunning however it never thought to check out disability access before booking . Was located on top floor with only stairs and no lift . With limited mobility the smell of fresh paint in the bedroom was a bit over powering

The only issues I had was that the drain plug was jammed in the bathroom sink in our room so it wouldn't drain and the TV only had a few channels that worked due to using an indoor aerial instead of being connected to an outdoor antenna but as this was only minor issues it didn't affect our stay.

The room was a good size, clean and the bed was comfortable. The food and service was excellent and reasonably priced with good portion sizes. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay with them again.
