Breakfast- wasn't very many selection of packaged cereals - only 3 porridges on offer packaged. Not much fruit on offer.

Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good views. Quiet. Great shower. Complimentary tea and coffee and biscuits.

The room was on the ground floor with the window overlooking the carpark. Could do with Air con if guest are concerned have an open window on Ground floor.

The fact I had assumed it was on a Roundabout not in a lovely village called Roundabout. Silly me.

Really pleased we chose to stay here or we would never have appreciated the story behind the Roundabout village. It’s lovely to stay somewhere unique.

Hot pipe running under bed meant room was constantly too hot and as room ( room 3- would avoid ! ) was on ground floor unable to open windows to sleep- had fans running constantly to no avail. Towel rail in bathroom was burning to the touch and will cause burns at some point if not already. Waste from bath blocked. Both reported to staff but nothing done as same on day 2.

Food was great. However no hollandaise sauce available for my eggs benedict and my starter in the evening came out after my main!

Poor internet connection in room. Think a cooked breakfast should have been included for the price. Food was expensive for what was provided, needs work.

Breakfast was a good selection continental breakfast, with an abundance of food. Excellent value (included in room rate), and perfect for the start of the day. Only drawback is that service finishes at 9.00am, so if you are a late riser you may miss out. The room that we were allocated was an upgrade from the luxury room that we booked, and it was truly superb. All in all we would thoroughly recommend Roundabout Hotel to friends, family, and all.

I thought the evening meal menu was a little overpriced for what it was and rather predictable, would have been nice to see more simpler dishes where the local produce was the star of the show. We had the fish which was good. Would have liked more milk in the room so we could have had a second cup of tea. Bed was too soft - a decent mattress can make a big difference to those of us with bad backs deciding to visit again or not.

We had the full English breakfast, but thought for the money very poor content, but we we’re charged the full price and not a supplement as didn’t have the continental breakfast which we had already paid for in the price. Couldn’t shower as I couldn’t get in the bath to do so, the photos on the website showed a walk in shower.

Very good welcome from the owners. Food very good. Comfy bed. Accommodation lovely and warm.

Old charming property. Very comfortable. Everything I required. Quiet. Lovely location. Staff were friendly and attentive, but not too attentive so as to make me feel uncomfortable. The hotel and staff made it all feel quite homely, so I felt comfortable enough to relax each evening after a stressful day of visiting my poorly elderly aunt in hospital

The price was a little steep and didn’t include breakfast

We had the best room in the house , it was comfy and spacious and a good nights sleep .Loved the bath.Some beautiful villages within short driving distance.

Sound proofing between rooms could be better. Next door TV was audible to the point that we had to knock on interconnecting door to ask occupier to turn it down at 1am.

Very good continental breakfast with option of cooked for a supplement.

We were a little surprised to be charged for our 4 day stay upon our arrival. And also surprised to be charged for our dinner and drinks every night.

The food was excellent. Room and facilities were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive.

Excellent traditional restaurant, bar & hotel. Couldn’t fault it, room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Great nights sleep. Lady on reception was very friendly offering help and advice.
