Very hot room with a radiator that would not turn off.

The location was very good . Good restaurants and park nearby. The breakfast and hotel where good value for London . Helpful staff.

The reception area is very misleading, it looks like a posh hotel, but once you get out of the lifts you’re back in the 90s

The rediculous rule that you can't take a visitor to your room. Is this even legal? I understand you can't have a visitor overnight, but during the day? Sadly, having stayed there three times now, this will be my last.

The rooms are a bit small, although we didn't think that was a problem. It's quite noisy due to the fact that the subway runs under the hotel (I think). Also, there's only one wall socket that we managed to find. The matress is a spring matress and it definitely needs changing because some of the springs are quite uncomfortable. I think the bathroom should have some shelves to put your things because there weren't any in ours.

The location is perfect, right next to Paddington station from which you can go basically anywhere in the city. Also the breakfast is good value for the price, in comparison to some other breakfast places nearby. The food is good and unlimited, as well as the drinks. Also, the staff is very polite and we had a clean room every day with new towels and linen. I read that people had cold water, but we didn't have any problems with the shower.

Tv power cable could not reach any sockets, the room had luggage stored in it when I arrived, there is no bedside light so dark if moving around in the night, quite a bit of outside noise

OLD Facility ... Walls, Window sills peeling and Floor stains. Furniture showed age and over-use. Room above mine was obnoxiously Loud with gym-like exercises noise every night I was there.

LOCATION! FANTASTIC and the Best Attribute. Less than 5mins walk to Paddington Train Station! The Breakfast (food and Staff) was good too; especially with the Somali Woman (Laila?) who was a fabulous and DARLING Hostess!

It is a maze of corridors from / to room from lift. Room had only one hidden power point - that I could find.

The hotel is very hot even in March. Had to call in maintenance to fix the shower so we lost half a day getting it fixed. Thought it was a bit expensive for room only lots of outlets nearby tho.

Decor is a bit worn and the price is high even for central London. Beds need a new mattress.

Only one rail in bathroom-hand towel size. Couldn’t hang up towels.Nowhere to put your toiletries. Bedroom-really a single -they’d crammed in 2 beds and you couldn’t open the wardrobe door completely as it hit the desk. Weird billing-you couldn’t bill anything to your room-any extra services had to be paid on the spot as if you were going to checkout without paying even though they had a £50 hold on your card. Not really a hotel vibe- more like a hostel

No hook on bathroom door so hung hand towel on hanger on bathroom door. Very hard pillow. Radiator on all night but could open window if needed. Noise from partway down corridor at 11pm from loud and youth girls shouting loudly.

Great location, close to Paddington Station and coffee shops. Decent sized room and bathroom for one person. 24 hour reception so easy to get in from late west end show
