Having watched ‘Four in a Bed’ on tv finishing touches would have gained criticism ( pore grouting in ensuite for example ). Not all breakfast options available ( eg no yoghurt no black pudding )

the only issue was the room we had bathroom shower was a bit restricting ..anyone really tall would find it hard to use as restricted room to move..

Very friendly and efficient staff. The Hotel looks a little tired from the outside- the inside is totally different, very clean, beautiful decor, very chic. Bar , lounge and restaurant very comfortable- breakfast good choice, all freshly cooked and very tasty. Hotel is an easy 10 minute walk into the centre & Windsor Castle - 2 minutes walk from the long walk- great location . Highly recommend this hotel

Great location. Loved the decor! Staff all very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep followed in the morning by a fantastic full English breakfast.

One evening in the room it sounded like the air conditioning or ventilation outside was going at full power but it was just the one night so no real problem. The car park is very tight but we all managed

Nothing! Even when I arrived, they had set aside a room for me on the top floor, but without my prompting, they offered to switch me to an even nicer room on the ground floor saving my old legs. I couldn't have asked for more. I was so impressed once again with this Hotel 🏨. This is my third our fourth visit and I'll be back again.

The kindness of the staff! The breakfast which set me up for the day. I took a day off from breakfast and the staff made a point of calling down to my room to check that all was OK and that I was safe or hadn't slept in!

We absolutely loved the breakfast here! The main breakfast dish was served a la cart (there were about 6 options to choose from). I had baked muffin with egg and avocado and my husband had full English breakfast and it was really delicious and very nicely served! The breakfastwas served in a very nice room with nice setup, it felt special and we really enjoyed it. The hotel satff was very friendly we recieved room upgrade for free and a welcome drink voucher to the hotel bar. The room was nice and there was not only tea and coffee but also hot chocolate ready at the room which we really liked. The location is quiet and in a nice walking distance from Windsor castle. We realy liked it!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Location perfect for a visit to Windsor. Evening meal was very reasonably priced and delicious. Bedroom quiet, cozy and comfortable with a splendid shower. Great place to stay.

There is really nothing to say in this category. It is a boutique hotel, and very quaint.

I loved the warmth and friendliness of this property and people. Everyone was so observant of our needs. Wonderful service, kind service by kind people. Absolutely lovely!

Parking is a little difficult to access but at least there was onsite parking and it felt secure

Great location close to the town centre and the Long Walk. Bed was very comfortable. Lots of nice little touches in the room. Beautifully decorated. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining room for dinner and breakfast. Food was great.

As usual in older UK hotels this one does not have a llift, be prepared to cart your bags up flights of stairs and along corridors. Hotel was undergoing internal decoration at the time of our visit we stayed in a nice newly decorated room.

Location was excellent just a short walk to the Town & Castle either up the street past the barracks or via the Long Mile. Onsite Parking very useful, I recommended booking ahead, bays not suitable for large cars or SUV's. 20gbp per day normal for the area
