Radiators were on full blast on arrival and only 1 window would open as others painted shut. At our request the radiators were turned down (no control nobs or thermostat) but they came on again in the middle of the night making the room very hot. Swimming pool and gym not available due to renovation work

The bed was very uncomfortable didn't sleep well came home with a bad back people coming in around 4am woke us up then the fire alarm went off at 6am...

The location is very good it was a very clean and tidy hotel staff very friendly and we loved the super fast running hot bath as we only have a wet room shower in are bungalow.

- Television signal wasn’t good enough. - Balcony was not in service (please keep renovating and improving). - Paying for parking is an inconvenient tax (£24 a day).

Great location with friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Beautiful garden and a good breakfast buffet. Sea view was perfect.

The hotel was having a lot of renovation and sometimes very noisy. Was woken up very early by the hotel moving the bins outside the hotel room.

The room was a really good size for the money. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of choice. The hotel bar was very good and value for money and very comfortable.

No accessible rooms despite requesting one months before. I was only informed it wasn’t possible to have one 3 hours before my check in time.

Parking ridiculous price £25 per night

No heating was given a electric heater no towel heater in the bathroom so had damp towels as reading in the room you had to ask for your room to be cleaned and replenished

Room smelled like new plasterboard or paint or musty. My room was also MILES from reception. A real hike. Hence I put up with the smell,rather than trek back to reception with all my stuff.

Location was excellent and staff very professional and helpful Cream tea was nice. Ideal for going to the pavilion theatre.

View from our window was of a wall , then again we were only using the room to sleep in , we did find it was very hot and the radiator couldn’t be turned off , but luckily there was a fan in the wardrobe

We booked a cheeky night out mother and daughter to enjoy at day and night in town , ignored bad reviews and went ahead with booking , it was clean , staff welcoming ! A Bargain for the price we paid

We have stayed here many times and really like the hotel. Unfortunately on this occasion, the toilet in the room didn't flush - the manager thought this wasn't a problem which was astonishing. The tv didn't work, there was no WiFi signal, no bin in the room. We had to work very hard to get another room which was unacceptable. Shouldn't have had to go through that. Having said all this, we will return! Usually we have a great time here.

Room very hot, windows difficult to open had to ask someone from desk to open. Leisure/ pool facilities closed were not aware before visit very disappointed as one of reason booked hotel.

Being charged £10 for an early check in when my room was ready . The receptionist could see that I'd requested a 2pm check in but said I had to wait in the bar for 2 hours , also a 10 am check out ? What a joke , when they don't let guests check in til 4pm , the place wasn't exactly packed .

Unfortunately the spa facilities weren’t available but we were informed, breakfast was alittle basic especially as one of us is a vegetarian.
