No Bathtub in the room. While booking, it showed the room comes with a bathtub. It was a bit dissapointing.

Our room had a little garden area which was great.The garden could do with a tidying up, bit overgrown with weeds.

Didn't realise you could have pets at the property as next door had a dog that was barking most of the night but.didnt realise it was next door till the morning when we were leaving. And my lad has a fear of dogs so didn't take that too well

The room really Greatneeds updating, It looked better in the pictures but it was clean and tidy. The rooms meed to be fully refurbished not just patched up. IThe hotel is beautiful it just needs investment to make it amazing.Thats the only thing..

The gentleman on reception was very helpful and friendly, even though the room really needs updating it was clean. There was an issue with the time breakfast was served but this was rectified. The reception staff were excellent! The location is great and close to all of the shops, the pier and the theme park.

Locked piano - my grandson plays the piano couldn't use it. Key not available in the reception. Charged £10 for an extra hour of late discharge. (a little steep)

the airy clean room. Toiletries in the bathroom and if you needed more they were available at reception. kettle in room with coffee tea and milk if you required. An excellent drinks bar including coffee available in the lobby. The only drawback there was no fridge in the room some hotels have but the staff were very decent and let us use the kitchen fridge and used their oat milk for my coffee. Kept my luggage for me until the room was ready. When I checked out the staff gave a receipt to hold my luggage as I wasn't ready to go to catch my train till the early evening

this is the forth time we have stayed at the royal clifton in the last few months and despite a request to get the wi fi sorted it seems to have fell on deaf ears it really will determin whether we will stay here again

Friendliness of the staff. Our rooms 008 and 011 were really good. Parking on site was a big plus, and location very handy.

It was very warm and there was no fan unfortunately. I did have the window open however there was a lot of music noise that went on until after 4am

For a single room it was really spacious. There was a wardrobe and some drawers. Lovely shower. Plenty of teas and coffees.

I have to say the hotel is dated. A renovation would be very expensive given the massive size of the building. Not great entertainment on the Friday night.

Took half a day to run a bath. Also desperate for a cold drink but there’s no vending machines and once the bar closes alls there was on offer was tap water
