Hadent been made aware of upgrading rooms , workers shouting the first morning we spent at 7am crying on like school kids wasent noisy rest of stay as much after. Pool closed not made aware of before the stay and the room was supposed to be 1 double andb1 single, we had 3 single beds.

Good location, friendly staff , big rooms and good breakfast. I would stop again once rooms have been upgraded and pool open again

Friendly staff . The room was clean but dated . The bed was uncomfortable. The room was warm . We had a drink in the bar , staff was friendly ,prices good .

The position was great . We had the evening meal, which was just about edible . It didn't look enticing as was the choice . It was a buffet style meal with very few options . We both had the fish, which was OK. But the salad choice looked poor, but it was fresh. If that was the normal meal standard, I wouldn't eat in again . I didn't have the breakfast .

There was rubbish on the balcony - old razor and drinks can. Needed cleaning as not very pleasant to look at. Although most of the breakfast was nice, it had been sitting about awhile so the eggs were rubbery.

Comfortable room and satisfactory facilities. Nice clean bathroom and good bath and shower. Breakfast was mostly good, plentiful and good choices, but see below…… Good to have parking on site.

Breakfast was blooming awful. Ran out of all hot items and had to wait 20 mins, then ran out of plates. Seemed to be one person working in the kitchen on a bank holiday weekend. People left their dogs in their bedrooms whilst they went to the bar so dogs were yapping. Requires some work outside as looks very tatty.

The room was lovely. Couldn’t see out of window as was ab the back of the hotel. A lot of dogs. One of which was ours but you couldn’t tell a god had been in the room before us.

Had to clean around the tiles in the bathroom.and the floor in there was clean but exceptionally slippy... no biggy, though not going to complain.

Staff were very helpful and friendly on arrival. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable, and it was definitely value for money.

I booked an evening meal and said I would arrive between 7pm and 8pm, but on arrival we told the restaurant was in a different hotel and closed at 7pm. This should have been made clear or at least the amount I paid for the the meal should have been deducted from my bill.
