The check-in was bad We arrived at 21.30. The reception is closed, and we can't go through it before calling the reception by phone They must send an email or SMS to tell us how can we get in. Also, the checkout was too early(10)AM, especially since we arrived from a long trip.

Check out is a bit early at 10a and it would be nice if there was someone around to help with bags. To be fair, there was amazing responsiveness via email but wasn’t quite worth arranging for in advance.

Location, well appointed room and the laundry was a huge plus!

I wasn't sure how to find a person when the lounge espresso maker seemed to have run out of milk. Very minor.

I was pleasantly surprised with the property. Comfortable and with a kitchenette which I mostly used for making coffee. It has a small refrigerator and stove top and microwave that I would have used if I wasn't running from show to show at Fringe.

While the hotel interior is very quiet from any street noise, we heard every single footstep from the people above us. We were on level 3

A bit expensive. I am not sure if the rate was driven by the Oasis concert, Edinburgh Festival / Fringe and Tattoo on at the same time.

The standard of the hotel facilities were outstanding. The location as well, right in the middle of George Street, were great also. We didn’t really hear any noise from George Street during the night or early hours of the morning. The staff members that we dealt with were unbelievably good. So much so, when we checked out at 10:00, my son accidentally left something in our room. The gentleman (and annoyingly I didn’t get his name when we were checking out) would have went to check our room to make sure it was all in place. We were walking to the train station. The staff member found my son’s item and must have ran down Rose Street and Princes Street to give us the left item back. That to me, sums up the Righ Residences. Absolutely brilliant!!

Personally, i thought there was a slight overkill with all the electrics/electronics in the apartment There was so many switches in such a small apartment, it took 10 min to figure out how to switch all the lights off. There was even a button to close the blind...and a button to close a curtain. Electronic card, to get back into the building and the apartment, stopped working on second day so couldn't get back into the building. Excellent customer service though, someone was there to help us within 5 minutes. However, if we had an old-fashioned key none of this would have happened😄

Excellent location, very helpful friendly staff, apartment very clean and of the highest standard. Comfortable bed, we slept very well. Nice breakfast in Cote. Overall, great stay!

We didn’t see a single staff member our first day. This was fine, just a bit weird and impersonal. Check-in and service were easy and efficient without a physical person there however.

The room was gorgeous. Everything felt luxurious and so clean. Modern appliances, powered blinds, etc gave it a very fancy feel. The location couldn’t be better, super close to everything we wanted to see in Edinburgh. A bit pricey but I would say worth it.

Would have loved some healthier options in the lounge for breakfast. Could loudly hear opening and closing of neighbour's door. Water started randomly running in the shower at night. Very overwhelming smell in foyer.

Bathroom was gorgeous but small. I didn't love the breakfast options. Some of the documents said the restaurant opened at 7am and other documents said 8am - it was 8am. I would have preferred 7am so I could have gotten my day started at 8am.

The location was perfect. It was close to the bus/tram stops on George St and Princess St, nearby shops, restaurants and pubs. I was considering a hotel in the old quarters but I'm glad I avoided that as it was so congested with tourists. The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable and had all the amenities one would need. I also love the hang out space with drinks and pastries with a little lounge.
