The TV wasn’t smart. The shower was a tiny space, like 0.5x0.5 meters, you don’t have much room to move.

The location, the friendly staff, and for if you won’t be much time in the hotel rooms it’s perfect.

The TV screen was broken.

The staff were friendly and helpful (no towels had been left in our room but they fixed this quickly when asked). The room was clean and bigger than expected. The bathroom was newly decorated, clean, and the shower worked very well.

Space is quite tight in the bathroom.

I got sick for a little while during my stay so good wifi was a must for my entertainment. It didn't let me down once. Perfect. Everything was adequate.

The room was damp. The requested bed arrangement was only available on the lower ground floor. This room was damp. The bathrooms are decaying and unpleasant.

I didn't like the size of the bathroom, nor how small the shower was, or the size of the bed, as it's not suitable for someone 1.90m tall. I didn't like that there was no elevator. I also didn't like that my laptop couldn't connect to the WiFi.

The location is perfect. A fairly central hotel, just a 2-minute walk from a metro station. The room is fine. The bathroom is very small, and so is the shower. The bed is small for someone 1.90m tall like me, but it was still comfortable. Breakfast was not included.

The 1st room that we received had a very small toilet. There is literally no room to stretch your arms sideways in the shower area. Had to ask the reception to change the room on the 2nd night as the toilet was not what was shown in Booking.com. After that we were given another room whereby there was a bath in a bigger toilet, as shown in the pictures. There was no phone in the room, no toothbrushes nor shower caps. No lift, so if you have heavy luggage it will be difficult to carry them up and down the stairs.

The hotel was near many shops and train station. There was also a laundromat nearby. Room was spacious. Staff were nice and accommodative.

I would not rate it as a 3 star hotel more like 2 star. Bathrooms are really small and shower water was often really slow. You can really hear the neighbors if they are too noisy

I had missed the information that the hotel didn't have an elevator, but that's on me.

The staff was very friendly. They also adjusted our booking when my hubby turned out to have injured his leg so that he had problems walking the stairs to our room. The location is superb, really close to Earl's court underground, still in a calm street.

It’s important to set expectations accordingly; the hotel offers basic amenities with only a bed and bathroom. Potential guests should note there is no lift, and both the room and hotel generally have an older feel.

The hotel is ideally situated, being very close to a metro station and a lively area filled with restaurants, bars, and cafes. The room size was comfortably adequate for two people, and the pricing was reasonable.

The shower was the worst one I've ever seen in a hotel. Also the walls were so thin that I could hear our neighbours snoring and their phone alarming in the morning. Otherwise, the location was amazing and the staff was super nice, so I'd still choose this place for another visit.
