Room 101 should have a single bed in so that you have room to walk around bed , large damp patches in corner above wardrobe , not one of there better rooms

Have stayed here many times and always been happy with the size of my room , this time room 101 was quite small the only place to sit and dry your hair so that you can use the mirror is in the little hall way, and you can only use this mirror if you have a long lead , need another mirror on wall in bedroom . Room has microwave and fridge , you would have to eat your food sitting on your bed.

A little worn in places (door frame of bathroom for example) and noise level of other occupants was a little disruptive during the later hours

Such a convenient location literally just 4mins from Kensington Olympia. Staff were so friendly and though room was small you cannot complain about the price and how cosy / comfortable it was

You have to pay a £100 deposit which is NOT clear on booking’s website. I knew ahead of time because of reviews. You also HAVE TO HAVE a bank card to pay this deposit otherwise they can’t check it in please note. I confirmed this with the reception. You will eventually get it back, but most transactions take I think 7 days so you won’t get your money back for a few days The main thing that would deter me from here is that deposit. More hangers are needed. There was only one in my room. Ironing board was flimsy but hey Walls are thin so beware The bathroom could do with a place to put towels. The space is quite limited

Okay. I guess I didn’t mind the size of the room I got. Hotel rooms in London are never big anyway so it was decent. I also had a window that was nice The lighting was good. So you’ll have enough light for makeup which was important for me as I was dressing up

Very noisy neighbour (I was in room 302). It was raining and appears that room has the rain drop on ‘something’ outside which meant quite noisy.

The room was extremely small, the was hardly any space to move around. In the pictures one cannot really see that.

Great location, close to Olympia, West Kensington, lovely area. Clean room, and the bed rather comfy.

Very small room, bathroom door didn't close due to broken lock, very thin walls so heard all neighbours and had a bad sleep, grubby and damaged furniture, marked walls etc

It was warm and not well ventilated/air conditioned. The safe broke down. No staff available on site in the mornings. I had to wait 25 minutes. Luggage could be stored before check-in, but at another hotel at a 5-minute walk from there. The elevator was very old. Only tea available, no coffee.

It was very warm in the room, which impeded with my sleep and the bathroom sink was clogged up

The room was small. We were four girls and we could barely walk around the room from our stuff. The sink was tiny and we were getting wet from washing our face. The room didn’t have a lock and we were afraid in the beginning.

I liked the two double beds, they were big enough. The shower was also very nice. The location was great, nice neighbourhood and close to the station. The receptionist was very nice, at both hotels, because we left our luggage at a different one for check in and out. They let us get ready at a bathroom before check in cause we arrived sooner, that was so nice. I loved the hair dryer it dried my hair so fast, there was also an iron which was very nice of them to provide one.

WIFI did not work properly at all. Was impossible to use it for work.

- The room was pretty small. Difficult to get around with 2 people with 2 bags and no space on the floor for our bags/belongings. - The person on reception we only saw one time in the 4 nights we were there. - Unsure if the cleaning staff was new or communication issue but she knocked on our door twice on our 2nd last and last day before the check out time (shpuld be 11am. Knocked at 10:30 one morning and 10:15 the other) to come clean the room. - For bag drop earlier to check in, you have to drop at a sister hotel around the corner and the receptionist there absolutely does not have eyes on the bags at all times and was right by the front door.... Not exactly the safest system but we were fine.

- Great location with train station very close (easy to get to other places around London). - Pretty comfy bed. - Good shower and bathroom. - People at reception was lovely but they were never there... But they did have a 24hr whatsapp chat to use if issues (replied within a few hours) - Good price for London location.

Looked out on garden overgrown and full of rubbish. With a little more care and attention to detail the hotel would be really really good.
