I would have liked to eat in the restaurant on a Monday night but the hotel was closed. Also some tea making facilities would have been good as I don’t drink coffee and there is no restaurant on a Sunday and Monday evening.

Beautiful location in the centre of Broadway Excellent Sunday lunch and the breakfasts were delicious with good quality produce and great service. Comfortable bed with luxury bed linen and spacious room for the price with a lovely view over the high street

Nothing really. Just a reminder to future guests that the restaurant is closed on Monday/Tuesday evenings but it does state this in their website and was not an issue for us as their are other places locally to eat at.

Lovely king room overlooking the High Street. Staff were very friendly/helpful and on-site parking is available at the front and rear. Enjoyed a lovely meal on the Sunday.

There really wasn't anything not to like.

The food was exceptional. Full English is as you would expect. Evening meals were fantastic. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely and the staff very very friendly. The hotel itself has a lot of history which is evident from the photographs on the walls making it a real talking point. Located in the centre of the town makes walking around very easy. Loved Broadway.

Hopefully next time we will stay on a night the restaurant is open, our fault but we’d like to eat in the restaurant as we used to love it when we lived nearby

It was very hot in the room even with the heater off and window open.

It’s in a great position on the High Street with lovely views of Broadway. The room was a good size with very comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent food.

We stayed in room 2 upstairs. It was a windy night. Unfortunately the hotel signage grated and banged all night which resulted in very little sleep. Sounded like internal pipes banging loudly. Took us a while to work out what it was. Informed staff and suggested the signage needed fixing so it was unable to move but little response and no apology offered. Very poor really considering a lovely high street hotel. Avoid room 2 at all costs if it’s a windy night!

Great breakfast and location. Amazing at Christmas time with all the lights around Broadway. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Room was very nice, comfortable bed and a variety of bedding available. Great bathtub. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, excellent breakfast. On site free parking. If there is any negative we were on the third floor carrying luggage for a 1 month trip which included a cruise

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff/management was apparent from arrival through to departure. This is a very well equipped and comfortable property which we enjoyed tremendously for our three day stay. The breakfast was top notch and very tasty. Excellent food in restaurant. Good location.

We had hoped to dine at the restaurant but found that it is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Location was very convenient for attractions and shops. Parking helped as well. Breakfast was delicious. Room very comfortable and bathroom quite spacious.

Bed was a little lumpy for my wife but I loved it. Didn't have WiFi until asking at breakfast. Needs a little card to tell you in the room.

Location was amazing and the breakfast was lovely. Restaurant unfortunately wasn't open when we stayed but we went to an awesome tapas recommended by the staff. Staff were all extremely helpful and always there if you needed something.

I think £170 is expensive for 1 night - we were at a wedding so had limited options for the area but we did feel it was pricey for a Monday. Maybe due to location and peak season?
