Could be more soundproofing or rugs in rooms as sound does travel. Stairs were quite steep and I did fall on my first night there.

Owner and housekeepers were great. Got a nice big room with plenty of storage space, regular housekeeping, location was great with supermarket, bus stop and takeaways near by.

Didn’t liked the staff, its not welcoming, we stayed 5 days with the same bed shift. My friend dropped a little bit a mascara to try to see if they actually change everyday the bed: they did not for the entire trip we had the same one with the same mascara on it. The bathroom is gross and the staff is not really welcoming with no communication with the people. We had 2 spéculos and 2 cups only every morning for 4 people and no milk.

The property was good, felt like I was at home but the staff is not good at all.

We booked the suite, it was small but not unreasonable, given the structure of the building. The bed was the worst thing about the room - wobbly and noisy, not great for body and bones. We did not share bathrooms with 3rd parties. this is the room to book if you do not want to share bathroom at this facility. I doubt there was a washing machine or dryer. Thankfully we had a relative's place where we sorted that out. There was no kitchen, no microwave, the best you can do is make tea for yourself. The code at the gate works, ask for it or else you will be locked out and nobody will help you even if its midnight. However, test going out and coming in on your own as soon as possible, the numbers on the security access outside the gate are really faded and the night time is not the best time to guess what button is for which number. So testing it prepares you for when you return at night.

I loved the bathroom and toilet experience. The place was also very neat. The cleaners came in to clean every morning and I never felt like my things were not secure. When anything was faulty, they repaired very quickly, there were no gaps. It was perfect for my husband and I. However, the room we booked was too tight for too many suitcases. Basically it was like a small hotel room.

The room was rather rough around the edges and needs a little love. Traffic noise rather intrusive but that was to be expected given the location - I always carry earplugs anyway.

Quirky building, secure parking. Pleasant and helpful staff/owners. Room I was given had an en-suite when I was expecting shared facilities.

The bed was very uncomfortable so much so we hardly slept it was hard and one side was against wall so hard to get in and out. There was also a lot of noise during the night banging on doors which got worse and people taking loudly in and outside the place.

The switch on the wall for the bedroom light didn't work so the only way to turn on / off the light was by pulling a cord hanging from the light / fan but I couldn't reach the cord. When I mentioned this next day, a temporary cord was attached. There seemed to be a slight problem with the drain from the basin. On the last night the window catch in the bedroom wouldn't close and the bulb in the bathroom stopped working but these are both examples of things that could happen anywhere.

It was lovely to have my own bathroom which was a good size. The bedroom was perfect for one person. The television was the right size for the room and reception was good. It was good to be able to turn the television to face the desk or the bed. The bed was comfortable.

No breakfast. No WiFi. Dirty toilet. The bed and chair are bad and worn out. No kitchen, no fridge, no laundry. Couldn't wash my clothes. Their services and facilities need to be upgraded. I wasn't impressed at all.

the windows didnt shut, not too much of a problem if the weather is om Kay. The guy in the next room was talking at 2am and i could hear him, so bring earplugs and it should all be fine.

Friendly staff, arrived later due to complications but there were no problems with that, easy going.

I found it difficult to find the bed and breakfast as it has only a name and no door number. would of helped if they said next to number. to make it easier to find when using the Sat Nav and not knowing the area. There web site said there was breakfast for £5.00 but was not available.

I stayed in a room with both a double and single bed so had the choice in which to sleep. there was tea and coffee in the room but you had to go to the bathroom to fill the kittle. the bathroom was along the landing with a shower, wash basin and toilet that was shared by all on the landing.
