We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWindows were difficult to open and close as the catches were either broken or stiff. There were signs of damp around the bedroom window. There was a crude repair to the bathroom window frame and there was staining on the bath panel and toilet seat was loose.
Excellent location, friendly staff and very good breakfasts. Had one evening meal in the restaurant and the food was excellent.

Breakfasts are excellent with plenty of choice. Dinner is pub food but good within that description. Room was spacious and well appointed - 2 chairs. Decor is a little tired but it has been exceptional wet weather this winter.

Great hotel, nice and clean, very comfortable bed, the food was very good. The staff were excellent , nothing was too much trouble for them, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a wonderful location,it is literally a stones throw from the beach, there is a really nice promenade to walk along the coast. The views from the hotel are great, you can see across the Solent.

The "castle" aspect is there, a bit quirky but not overstated. There's a nice feel of light, space and comfort inside - furniture, floors and carpets all attractive, a bit traditional, a bit modern and inviting to use. Room was a nice size with a very comfortable bed. Good off-season price, would definitely stay again - assuming price OK in market. (worth slight premium.)

The staff at check in & throughout the hotel were lovely. My room was serviced on Christmas Day which wasn't expected but much appreciated as I was getting short on tea. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Great location, close to mainland connections & Ryde town.
